Remove the top bar in Full screen mode When watching a stream in full screen mode, there is a bar at the top of the screen that covers the top of the stream.
This results in a much worse use experience. If you do not want to remove it, at lease add an option to hide it.

Improve support for 4:3 format streams by eliminating wasted space This french streamer going by "rizotochaud" had a genius idea to improve upon stream formats while taking advantage of the recently added 2K resolution

By streaming in 1920x1440 (4:3 format), layouts would find themselves significantly improved in terms of visuals BUT the problem is that neither the PC website nor the smartphone app adapt properly to the format, keeping a 16:9 display ratio and filling the void with black bars instead of adapting the height of the player to take the full width.
Please make it so that the 4:3 format gets better support, thanks.

Make Export to YouTube Private by Default Before there was an overhaul to Highlights with the new added time limit exporting to YouTube would automatically have the uploads be private. As someone who curates my highlight channel with descriptions and thumbnails, this is important to me so I can make sure I'm uploading at the right time (and I cannot rely on simply exporting them and trusting them to process at the right time, because it varies drastically depending on the VOD's length.) It's also important to make sure I handle any false Content IDs, which have become more common, so I can monetize my VODs.

Add built-in tools to Twitch’s clip system that allow streamers to easily enhance and personalize their content before it gets shared. These tools would include:Automatic subtitle generation (in various languages, including Polish) for clips made by viewers or the streamer.
Custom watermark/logo placement to keep creator branding visible on every clip.
Simple editing options such as trimming, rearranging clip segments, adding quick intros/outros, or inserting overlays (e.g. social handles).

Mark VODs as watched. Some of my followed streamers go on long binges of one game and sometimes don't change the title or barely so it can hard to tell where I left off if I'm trying to watch a whole play through. Especially during story driven games.
It would be handy if I could mark streams as watched. The current bar that shows your progress through a video works reasonably well. Perhaps if a viewer gets to the end of a VOD that progress bar could remain all the way across to the end to show that they left off at the end.…

Add a hover effect displaying the video title Could we implement a hover effect that displays the video title when hovering over past broadcast videos on the main profile page? At the moment, when I place my mouse over these videos, the title does not appear, which is a feature that is available for live stream broadcasts. Choose location of title and meta data Recently Twitch decided to move everything to above the video instead of leaving alone at the bottom of the video where it's been for 2 decades. Many viewers would like it to remain where it's been, where muscle memory has it.

History There should be a history of past videos and live streams you have watched in the last thirty days. It can be annoying having to research for the video and you can't find it or it takes forever to find. A video history section would be an amazing improvement in the app.

I cannot add VODs nor Highlights to Collections I just ended streming and I was about to add my VOD/highlight in the collection like I normally would cuz it's a part of a series I'm working on.. turns out I can't add it at all. I could only do it MANUALLY in every collection, and not within Video Producer.
also, it should be noted that ONLY the published VODs are allowed. before this issue, I also added unpublished vods to Collections so that they can appear when I publish them later.

この割合を算出した際、"配信を行ったことのあるアカウント"のみを母数としたのではありませんか。
もし配信を行ったことのないアカウントも含まれていた場合、このような割合になるのは当然であり、数字を小さく見せて影響の大きさをごまかす意図があると考えています。・「ダイジェストは視聴者への露出やエンゲージを高めるためにあまり効果的ではありませんでした。」という記載について
確かにダイジェストを意識して視聴する機会には乏しかったと感じています。
しかし、TwitchのWebページにはダイジェストの視聴を促すような導線はありません。

No audio in VoDs with split audio in the last 3 days Vods from streams that use split audio setups to remove certain audio sources from vods seem to have absolutely no audio, but ONLY in streams after 6/24, and ONLY when the playback quality is set to 360p and below. Otherwise they are fine.

Clip editor performance is completely unusable Go and revert whatever changes made the clip editor (both the overlay and full page one) freeze for 3-10 seconds on every single mouse click or mouse movement.
Then stop using AI code, or question whoever decided to submit that change. I can't fathom this garbage getting through the dev stage, let alone code review and QA. Oh, right, you fired all the QA people didn't you.

Allow batch delete of Video Collections Due to the removal of several highlights to meet the new 100 hour limit, there are now multiple collections of deleted videos that have to be deleted individually due to there not being a batch option for Collections.
