The Download for clips
I would Like to Make it easier to download a clip on mobile so I can post it somewhere else rather than through my computer for some instances.

autoplay
It'd be nice to disable auto-play on Front Page videos. Just had the experience where I went to twitch.tv and the sound blasted in my ears, lol. Not the biggest deal in the world, but it would be nice to have the option to disable auto-play.

Twitch Collections User Interface UI is broken and needs to be updated
There are some inherent severe bugs when it comes to Twitch collections that should get priority to be fixed. I think the reason very few streamers use this feature is because of how broken it is.
⠀1. The default internal links to collections shows an error.
"Sorry. Unless you’ve got a time machine, that content is unavailable." error page which then redirects you to the first video of the collection. Changing the structure of the URL makes this not so, which makes me think its an old oversight/workaround that can easily be repaired.

M doesn't work
Usually when ads play, pressing M does nothing. It should mute the sound I guess, most of the time it does, seems it depends on keyboard focus, too? Higher success rate in fullscreen. Yes I know there's also a mute button.
So my suspicion was that it's nice for Twitch when you can't immediately mute the sound when ads start playing, so I press alt+f4 instead to get rid of the whole thing.1 vote -
Add Unique Mature Setting to VODs and Clips
If your channel is set to "mature", then all your VODs and Clips are also marked as requiring a "mature" confirmation to view.
However, a clip from a "mature" stream may, independently, lack any mature content. And it could be that an otherwise family-friendly stream had a somewhat mature moment that was clipped, and rather than removing it to keep the "not-mature" rating on the channel, being able to mark the independent clip as mature would be much more functional.
Additionally, a streamer may have a "daytime" and "night-time" stream schedule, in which case one stream and its associated VOD…1 vote -

The volume control when using Chrome for the twitch web application has a bug with what % volume you can select. Super minor, but specific numbers can not be selected. 8% 25% 42% 58% 75%, small bug fix for someone

Hide Clip Thumbnails
Add a button to hide thumbnails for clips, the same as how it works for streams/vods.

Real-time non-stop VOD playback
If streamer has the option to publish VODs, we need to be able to play VODs which are currently in progress without stopping at the end of the progress bar.
This will help viewers and moderators watch a cleaner near real-time stream of the VOD, using the streamer selected VOD Track layers in OBS.
This can be adjusted by the streamer so the VOD contains only the game audio and not the streamer yelling their lungs out, Text-To-Speech, music, or alerts..

Theater Mode Chat in Half-Screen mode too small
Currently in theater mode, snapping half the screen to the side of a normal sized monitor, the chat pulls up below the stream. Unfortunately the chat window is far too small to read anything due to clutter of gifted subs, banners, hype trains and pins. It makes it impossible to read chat with too many of these things at the same time. My current fix is to just remove those overlay elements, but right now it just feels really bad to use when you can only see like 2 lines of chat at a time.

more stable clip making
Hi!! when making clips on twitch, there's always seem to be this issue where the player will not load the slider bar for editing correctly, which entails refreshing the page over and over again till it finally gives the ability to edit and publish a clip. there's been instances where its taken 4 mins and 10+ refreshes to finally do one clip and so it kind of hinders clip gathering due to the frustration while also making way for excess duplicate clipping

VOD chat instances!
With larger international audiences, you're likely going to have some people relying on VODs due to time differences or work/life commitments.
I envision a VOD feature where you can see the VOD player and if you click a button you can see bubbles along the progress bar or a graphic which if you click on brings you to other users watching. I imagine you could have two columns or maybe an interspersed chat so that users can decide what they see.
The benefit is that people can enjoy watching VODs with others in sync. Sense of community.Not sure if…

3-days storage for everyone, not 7/14/60
You need 3 days (maximum) of vod storage, whether you're affiliate of partner or turbo. This way you can focus your attention on more important matters.

automatic theatre mode
I've been using extensions for this, but it really should be an option on the site. Give us the option to have a stream go to theatre mode automatically instead of having to select it every single time. Honestly, that should've been an option ages ago.

Twitch Shorts
Hello! I would love it if there were a section where you could see Twitch Shorts (1080x1920 content). I would love it if there was also an interface that made it easy to convert clips/sections of the stream to Twitch Shorts. It would also provide another outlet for people on Mobile as they can see their favorite creators' content.

picture-in-picture decreasing the quality
I like to do multiple tasks on the PC, And along with watching Twitch, In picture-in-picture mode, Because it's more accessible to watch and do PC tasks on the same screen, But it happens to lose video quality, Not keeping the chosen one, having to change constantly due to the loss of quality, I would like to always keep the chosen quality and not have unwanted changes. Grateful

Latency Ticker
Pin "Latency To Broadcaster" that is at "Settings Cog" > Advanced > Video Stats.
This stat should be able to be seen by a viewer without keeping the entire Video Stats window up.

About Stream window
The streaming keyboard commands would improve if updated to: "T" for teather mode (today is still ALT+T) as "F" only do fullscreen mode. And depending on the browser, if the teather mode is activated, fullscreen cant be activated (in chrome doesnt work, in the Firefox it does).

VODs with 2+ chapters could be featured in both categories?
Some days I'll do art in the AM and a game later in the day, but of course my VODs are only posted to the "Art" category unless I go into the Video Editor and change it from Art to the video game. It shows when looking on the channel page that these videos have 2 chapters, yet 1 chapter gets no attention from the audience it's intended for since only 1 category is given.
I think it'd be pretty neat for the VODs to be visible in both categories?

An API to create a Twitch clips
I would like to be able to create a clip by passing to a Twitch API the video_id, offset in seconds, duration in seconds, and name of the clip to create.
This should be secured so that only channel owners can, with an OAuth token, create clips on their channel
