Let Viewers Customize Webcam and Chat Placement Title: Let Viewers Customize Webcam and Chat Placement
I think Twitch should let viewers customize how they watch streams.
Streamers could have an optional setting that allows viewers to move, resize, or hide their webcam independently from the gameplay. Viewers could also reposition the live chat or adjust its size and transparency.
Everyone has different preferences, and sometimes a webcam covers parts of the game we'd rather see.
This would be completely optional for streamers, and their original layout would remain the default.
It would give viewers more freedom without taking creative control away from streamers.

Confirmation prompt for making a clip Hey. Today I opened my twitch channel and found out that I had a lot of clips made by accident. One of the clips was of a female streamer swimming and had like 1500 views, this clip could have attracted unwanted people to the stream, and most likely did. I feel horrible, like I have taken advantage of someone. These streamers have helped me through a lot and still help me get through my work days and deserve better. Please change the button for clipping, so that someone else does not have to feel like I have today. Thank you

Player settings menu (gear) is invisible in theatre mode while the bottom banner shows The settings menu (the gear in the bottom-right of the player) opens but stays invisible whenever the sticky banner at the bottom of the page is showing (the "Join the Twitch community Sign Up" bar, or promo bars like the Meet & Greet one).
Steps:
1. Open any clip, or a channel in theatre mode (Alt+T), while the bottom banner is showing.
2. Click the gear icon.
Expected: the Quality / Speed menu appears. Actual: nothing appears.Cause (from DevTools): the banner, footer#twilight-sticky-footer-root, makes the scroll area 57 px shorter, so in theatre mode the gear sits below its bottom…

Bring back the "Show only Featured Clips" toggle for channel pages • Please bring back the clip visibility toggle. Removing it has ruined content management for creators:
• Harder to moderate: Streamers now have to manually filter through hundreds of random clips. Trolls can clip TOS violations, and they instantly appear on the channel page before moderators can react.
• Profile spam: Our video tabs are now cluttered with low-quality viewer misclips and spam, hiding the best moments and hurting our portfolios for sponsors. If you want to take back control of your channel's content, please VOTE and comment below to get Twitch's attention!

Feature Request: Channel-Specific / Per-Streamer Volume Levels Currently, adjusting the video player volume sets a global level across the entire site. When watching multiple streams at once or switching between channels, different creators often have vastly different audio setups—some are too loud, while others are very quiet.
It would be a great quality-of-life improvement if Twitch could remember volume levels individually per channel. That way, adjusting the volume for a louder streamer won't affect or lower the volume when switching to or opening another stream.

Changing video quality This used to be a feature before where changing video quality on a stream didn't cause a pause or buffer to happen. Instead, the stream will continue to play and seamlessly transition into the chosen video resolution.
I thought this was a neat feature that didn't interrupt the flow of the stream.

Fix regional mature content stream block in Italy for verified adult accounts In Italy, users with verified adult accounts still experience the 'You are not able to watch this stream' error on channels tagged with Mature Content. We request a review of these regional restrictions so that verified adult users in Italy can access this content directly from their standard network connection.

[Bug Report] Clip creation settings (layout and stacked configurations) are no longer carrying over Description
Please note that I am posting this issue after having already contacted Twitch Support regarding this matter.
When creating clips on channels other than my own for the same streamer and category, the following settings fail to carry over and instead revert to their default states:
- Portrait Version layout settings
Position and size settings of each screen when configured to Stacked
This issue has been occurring consistently since around June 2026.
Initially, I waited to see if it was a temporary glitch or isolated to a specific environment, but it remains unresolved to this day.
As it is unclear…2 votes - Portrait Version layout settings

Clips for DJ content with VOD audio instead of live audio to allow saving Thanks for making clips generally possible again for participants in the DJ program since Sep 1st, 2026.
Since DJs mostly play music on their channel, it turns out that clips containing copyrighted audio cannot be saved for understandable reasons.
SUGGESTION: If the stream to be clipped sends an additional VOD audio track that contains no copyrighted audio, could this then please be used for the clip instead of the live track and allow saving and publishing?

Mandatory 24-Hour VOD Window to Stop TOS Dodging Bad actors are routinely violating Twitch's TOS during live streams and instantly deleting the VODs to dodge accountability and leave no paper trail. To fix this, Twitch should require all streamers to keep their VODs published (or in subscriber-only mode) for at least 24 hours before they can be deleted. To protect creators from legitimate mistakes, everyone should be given a limited number of "emergency deletes" per week to use at their discretion.

Make Clips Filter by (some time) better You can't search for specific clips because you can only search for the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or the entire period—and “the entire period” is simply too broad. It would be better if you could search by individual years, with days and hours taken into account together.

Allow clipping on VODs with music if the audio isn't muted Can we please update the clip generator so we don't get blocked with a "can't create clip" message on a VOD that has background music? If Twitch's automated system doesn't mute the audio track in the actual VOD, there's no reason we shouldn't be allowed to make a clip with that exact audio.

Changed Games should still show in Search When a game is changed mid-broadcast, it shows up as chapters in the final VOD, but these chapters do not show up in a global search for that game. Only the video's initially chosen game shows up.
This would be huge for indie devs who make short party games that are often played within a larger variety game night.
(Our game is frequently streamed as a break between Jackbox games, and so we rarely show up in video search results even if I can manually find and see us listed in a VOD's chapter later)4 votes -
Split background music from VOD audio instead of disabling clips Twitch seriously needs to fix its new clip restrictions by precisely targeting and muting copyrighted music inside VODs. Right now, the current system is incredibly frustrating: if you try to make a clip from a VOD that has a song playing in it, Twitch completely blocks you from clipping anything at all. Instead of preventing clips entirely and ruining the experience, Twitch needs to implement an accurate audio filter that isolates and mutes only the specific background song. That way, the streamer’s commentary stays fully audible in the VOD, and viewers can actually clip and share great moments without getting…

Mods can't Feature Clips Despite the option being toggled on, my mods do not have the option to feature clips on my channel. They did for a long time but the option recently disappeared. When I turn the option off and back on, it notifies them that they're able to feature clips, but the button still isn't there.

toggle for vertical could we get a toggle/option to change the theater mode back to the way it was before, as having a stream up on my vertical monitor makes the video so small and its hard to see whats happening on stream. i liked it a lot more when the video was on top of the chat and not to the side like it is now.
