The Picture-in-Picture button was swapped with the Theatre Mode button. Swap it back, leave Theatre Mode next to the Full Screen button Before a stream loads, the Theatre Mode button shows next to the Full Screen button. As the stream loads, the Picture-in-Picture button replaces it causing a user to select the Picture-in-Picture button instead of the Theatre Mode. My suggestion on this fix would be to match the buttons displayed before and after load. For example, reading left to right; Start Casting, Clip, Reset Player, Picture-in-Picture, Settings, Theatre Mode, Full Screen.

emote The easy animated emote uploader seem to be broken. the emote ends up with matrixing behind it when animated, even on files that have previously been ok.

Export clips unedited and unchanged Now that my broadcasts are deleted after 6 days the only thing remaining of some of my longest and best are a couple clips. I need to be able to export those to YouTube and my platforms, and download and share them as is. Without changes to aspect ratio etc. I’ve noticed a topic about downloading them, I can’t see any option to download mine, only to share them in a tiny aspect ratio for smart phones. Thanks and keep up the great work. Your amazing.

moving vods from banner Please make it an option to NOT have vods being shown in the channel banner but instead in the MIDDLE of the page. It is annoying having the video obstructing the artwork of the channel.

Let the viewer disable or mute commentary, just the mic from the host. Let viewers disable or mute just the mic audio or commentary. Then the streamer/creator doesn’t have to decide or choose between the two types of performances for the broadcast.

i think it would be cool if you added translated subtitles you could add translated subtitles so like for example im watching a french stream on baldi's basics but i don't speak french i speak english so it would be cool if there were autogenerated subtitles if you dont speak that language and the only reason im watching a french stream is because it is the only baldi's basics stream

Text for Clips Editor Hi Twitch!
I really like the implementation of being able to upload and crop clips into Tiktoks and YT shorts. I was wondering if we can further expand on this and possibily add a feature to that editor to allow for adding text to a video.
It would go a long way in in making the quality of those videos better, and it would expand the audience of those videos in general to people who don't actually watch videos with sound, but also help the retention rates of those videos, which helps the community as a whole so videos whole.

Stopping superfluous clipping There's a major issue with how people interact with the clipping system. Clips are meant to be used to share moments of interest with others. That's not how it's being used a majority of the time. A majority of the time it's being used as a rewind button.
This is bad because:
- it creates more work for streamers to find clips to feature
- it costs twitch a lot to store that dataThis is due to the lack of rewind feature and a common misconception that clips are not public until you name and publish them.

Highlight timestamps/lengths are wrong! It's been behaving like this for about a week or two now.
I'll make a highlight with a very specific length and when I play it back it's longer than it should be
eg:
https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1941262145When I created this I used 1:19:47-1:20:38 from the source broadcast, or 51 seconds long
Yet the final video plays beyond the 51 second mark and ends up being 59 seconds somehow!?
See also, mark a chunk, have a cut and mark another chunk. The finished product has no cuts for some reason?

Restore deleted videos (and confirmation button) If by accident or due to a glitch on the software (happened this last one to me twice), you can restore deleted videos in a short period of time. also adding a confirmation button, just in case of a glitch.

When clicking the "clipped by" user in your clips overview in creator dashboard, show the user's usercard in your channel Right now, when you click the username of the person who created a clip in the "clips of your channel" overview, it links to that person's own clips page on their channel. These users often aren't streamers, and either way it's not particularly relevant to go to clips of another channel when reviewing your own channel's clips. Instead, I propose that clicking the user name should bring up the user card for that person, so you can confirm if they are following you or their previous chat history, which is much more relevant information if you need to check if…

Highlighter Bugs: timecode mismatches, inconsistency between Twitch and YouTube, lost audio I use the Highlighter to trim my VODs. Highlights are then added to themed Collections on Twitch, and are also exported to YouTube. Today is 1st October, and within the last week I have noticed a frustrating inconsistency between the Highlight video playback on Twitch and the version exported to YouTube. Highlights I’ve created before 19th September are not affected.
In summary.
A Highlight video is made with single or multiple segments based on the VOD timecodes. The authored Highlight video in the Twitch video player does not play the segments at the timecodes set in the editor, instead each…5 votes -
Re-Associate Chat With Clip When Unpublished Vod Is Republished I have had VODs unpublished due to things like detecting copyrighted content in a game I was playing, which is fine on it's own. I can just republish the VOD, or allow the clip to be muted, and any subsequent VODs due to forgetting to switch VOD publishing back on can be republished. However, the chat does not re-associate with any clips made that stream even when the VOD is published again. I would appreciate having the chat available for these moments, especially when the stream JUST happened.

⚠️🎬 Featured Clips Deletion The recent change to limit the editing and deletion of featured clips to only the channel owner may not be the best solution. It would be better to provide an option for the OP to request for deletion as well.

Thumbnail selection on dashboard from video preview. Would be nice to be able to select a frame from the vod preview as a thumbnail for the video.
