  1. I would love to be able to auto export my VODs to YouTube. I know it's a 3rd party platform and we already have a way to export manually but a auto export feature would save time!

Maybe have it have "general settings" where you can public/private the VOD or just have it automatic upload to private on YouTube if setup by the streamer!

    Just an idea

  2. Exporting previous broadcasts and highlighted VODs have been broken for 2 days for editors.

The streamer themselves can export just fine, however the editor role gives a 403 error message with a blank white page and a followed error message that the channel is not connected to YouTube.

I've tested and replicated the bug on my channel and others where I have editor role and made sure that the channels are connected to YouTube. Refreshing the connection by disconnecting and reconnecting doesn't seem to repair the problem.

  3. Whenever I try to connect my youtube channel to my account, I get this error: "This channel has no youtube account connected to it" (I'm translating from Italian). My youtube channel until now has always been succesfully connected and I had already exported several streams. Please solve this problem, it is really annoying, thank you.

  4. Streaming software first ask what you want as youtube title and info (link youtube account on streaming software) when you hit the 'Go live' button for going live on Twitch. You do your streaming, when you end the stream by clicking on Stop streaming, that very stream stays on Twitch for 3 days or so. Once the 3 days are up, the VOD is deleted off Twitch and goes on to streamer's YouTube channel.

  5. As the creator author of the videos, I should be able to download the videos without any audio portion muted. It's still fine if the portion is muted when you watch the video but when you want to download the video, the original record without any modification or muting edition should be downloaded.

  6. Right now you can only link one YouTube account this works for some people but I do many different streams and I want to be able to export my Podcasts to my podcast channel and games to my gaming channel without having to disconnect and reconnect everytime I want to export different videos to different channels.

  7. When exporting a VOD to YouTube, it is broken up into segments if it is longer than 12 hours. This feature is broken in two ways.

    The major issue:
It does not work. It splits into segments that are of length 12:00:01, which are abandoned by YouTube, and have to be deleted.

    The minor issue:
The naming is wrong. A 2-part export will be named "part 0/2" and "part 1/2."

  8. Currently when exporting a VOD to YouTube you can export it as a single file or split it into 15 minute segments if you YouTube isn't verified. What I am requesting is that an additional option is added to split the export into 12 hour segments since this is the maximum that YouTube will accept.

The reason I would like this is that any of my streams that are over 12 hours are unable to be added to my YouTube unless I split them into 15 minute segments but this just doesn't make any sense.

    I'm sure I'm not the…

  9. It's great that we have a chat which replays in time with our videos, and it's also good that we can directly export to YouTube any of our videos...

It would be REALLY great if those two were combined and the "live chat" record of YouTube videos could be populated with the chat from the stream.

I have videos where an entire conversation with my viewers is had, but the chat record didn't display on stream (OBS Chatboxes glitch sometimes,) and when I export it to YouTube the whole video makes NO SENSE.

The only alternative I currently have is…

  10. Some metadata available on twitch VODs are not exported : the game name, the stream language and the recording date.

You can see youtube metadata fields in this screen (even though it's in french) : https://imgur.com/a/s145uLj

The tags of the stream and the game name could be added to the video tags too.

  11. The ability to select multiple videos/highlights/VODS from the Video Producer and export them to YouTube all at once.

This will save time and makes things easier for users.

  12. Id just like to directly export clip of gameplay straight to my youtube channel. It'd help smaller streamers who possibly cant edit their VoDs just yet or don't have enough space to store it in one go.

  13. When you export VODs or highlights from Twitch to YouTube longer than 12 hours (even over by one second), YouTube abandons the processing of the video. On Twitch's YouTube export menu, it already accounts for non-verified YouTube channels that can only upload at most 15 minute with a setting to section out a whole VOD into 15 minute segments. The limit for every other YouTube channel can upload the maximum of 12 hours. With many Twitch VODs being longer than 12 hours, the export with fail.

With the new limitation of only 100 hours of Highlights and uploads per channel…

  15. Before there was an overhaul to Highlights with the new added time limit exporting to YouTube would automatically have the uploads be private. As someone who curates my highlight channel with descriptions and thumbnails, this is important to me so I can make sure I'm uploading at the right time (and I cannot rely on simply exporting them and trusting them to process at the right time, because it varies drastically depending on the VOD's length.) It's also important to make sure I handle any false Content IDs, which have become more common, so I can monetize my VODs.
    However,…

  16. With the sudden push towards a 100-Hour storage limit for streams and highlights, this puts all streams that are 12+ hours at extreme risk of never being exported safely for preservation. With the sudden danger for these videos and highlights, I believe that the least that could be provided to us is more ease of ability to export videos of longer lengths.

If a video is longer than 12 hours, YouTube will not allow it to be posted and it will simply get rejected. And with all these videos being as massive as they are, it'd require a lot of…

  17. Allow us to download specific chapters from a VOD, since sometimes we want specific parts out of a 6 hour stream, this can make the download take way longer, same goes for the file size

  18. I'd like for the export function in the dashboard to have improved visual feedback. Currently, there is none (I am using the Desktop version).

    And by that I mean:

    • A progress indicator next to a video that is being exported:
      Video is being processed
      Export in progress
      Export complete

    • There should also be a marker for which videos have already been marked for export:
When exporting many videos, you have to check titles, thumbnails and/or video length to track which one you already prepared to export.

    That's it. I don't think there's more needed. I just want to be able…

  19. When exporting vods to YT, it would be really nice if we could add a thumbnail to the vod like we would if we were on YouTube and if the export function could flag if there are problems with your videos (i.e. this video has < or > in it, so it won't export). It's frustrating trying to carry over past vods then having to do extra steps when the bulk of the functionality already exists, and even more frustrating when I go to export, and get an email an hour later saying 'oh sorry, your export failed' with no…
