Allow Us to Export Videos in Longer Increment Lengths
With the sudden push towards a 100-Hour storage limit for streams and highlights, this puts all streams that are 12+ hours at extreme risk of never being exported safely for preservation. With the sudden danger for these videos and highlights, I believe that the least that could be provided to us is more ease of ability to export videos of longer lengths.
If a video is longer than 12 hours, YouTube will not allow it to be posted and it will simply get rejected. And with all these videos being as massive as they are, it'd require a lot of computer space, computer power, and time to get these done locally in an adequate manner, which not all streamers of Twitch have the capability for.
The solution here is clear though, as we already have the option to export videos in 15-minute increments. However, doing this for a 12-hour stream would require the video to be split into Forty Eight different parts. This is just not feasible for Any YouTube channel to have growth in the future nor does it make for a pleasant watching experience to have the vods randomly cut off this much. Therefore, we should have more choices in the duration that incremented vods can be exported for. 1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 11:59:59. Anything would be better than the 15 minute limitation we currently have.
I understand that the 15-minute increments were implemented because of YouTube's limitations for non-verified accounts. However, the userbase should have more control over how they can export their content.
For the preservation of the memories made from Twitch, please make this change, and soon. We all don't have much time left until memories are washed away.

I would like to add onto this by suggesting they make it easier to download full collections as an option as well for those that just want to save specific playthroughs and content already grouped up
