Player settings menu (gear) is invisible in theatre mode while the bottom banner shows
The settings menu (the gear in the bottom-right of the player) opens but stays invisible whenever the sticky banner at the bottom of the page is showing (the "Join the Twitch community Sign Up" bar, or promo bars like the Meet & Greet one).
Steps:
1. Open any clip, or a channel in theatre mode (Alt+T), while the bottom banner is showing.
2. Click the gear icon.
Expected: the Quality / Speed menu appears. Actual: nothing appears.
Cause (from DevTools): the banner, footer#twilight-sticky-footer-root, makes the scroll area 57 px shorter, so in theatre mode the gear sits below its bottom edge. Popper's hide modifier then sets data-popper-reference-hidden="true" on the menu, and a CSS rule gives that opacity: 0. Closing the banner fixes it at once.
Suggested fix: leave the player menus out of the Popper hide modifier, or stop treating the scroll area as a clipping boundary in theatre mode. Reproduced in a fresh Chromium-based browser profile with no extensions. Also sent to Support as case #10615725.
