I cannot add VODs nor Highlights to Collections
I just ended streming and I was about to add my VOD/highlight in the collection like I normally would cuz it's a part of a series I'm working on.. turns out I can't add it at all. I could only do it MANUALLY in every collection, and not within Video Producer.
also, it should be noted that ONLY the published VODs are allowed. before this issue, I also added unpublished vods to Collections so that they can appear when I publish them later.
recreating the issue:
1. open Video Producer.
2. on a VOD or Highlight, click the options button on the far-right.
3. click "Add to", then click "Collections".
4. choose a Collection that you want to add.. if you could.
also, it should be noted that even trying to add a VOD to a collection by editing its details doesn't help, as when you're about to add one to a collection, the dialog exits out.

Can confirm that this bug of adding to collections from the Content -> Video Produce have been broken globally for several days now.
One workaround is to go into collections instead then add highlights from there.Also being talked about here https://www.reddit.com/r/Twitch/comments/1ikekyd/cant_add_vods_to_collections/
Twitch rarely ever replies or reads these feedback threads so I recommend as many as possible submit support requests instead. Hopefully they will patch it soon.
