An error occurred while saving the comment Cragsand commentedGetting this daily again. I can usually manage to make 1 clip per day but otherwise all I get is some type or rate limiting resulting in:
- "whoops something went wrong",
- a completely white screen in firefox or
- "browser not supported" and stuck on the login screenAn error occurred while saving the comment Cragsand commentedPlease fix this. Clipping is so broken.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cragsand commentedTo clarify: Clearing browser cache or swapping browser does not solve it.
The only solution appears to be waiting it out and logging out and in again whenever possible.Cragsand shared this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Cragsand commentedMaking clips searchable and discoverable:
- Search by author
- Search by clipper
- Search by date (before) (after)
- Allow clippers and streamers to add hashtags/search tags/keywordsThese changes would help so much and improve discoverability. There's old clips and countless content from all the years back that end up never seeing the light of day. The only way is sharing these are sadly using other platforms.
Another thing is to DELETE accidental clips when the clipper never specifies a title or closes the window before confirming. For every stream, there's hundreds of unnamed clips made by users who never intended it to be a clip but just wanted to rewind a few seconds. This removes spam and allows users to actually find desired content easier.

Sorry to bump this again but please fix this. It's so annoying that your most active and dedicated viewers get punished.
