Allow users to report bugs
The Help Portal Contact Us page does not allow Twitch users to report actual software issues with the website.
For example, I have encountered a bug on the main website Twitch.tv homepage. There are no options in the Help Portal that allow me to submit this bug report. The relevant options either lead me away to separate web pages when I try to fill in the form and select categories, or the sub-categories simply DO NOT EXIST.
This is baffling. How am I supposed to submit a bug report?

Have an actual customer support please. The form doesn't allow users to report bugs.

I need to report a bug about how the support form is broken (making it impossible for me to get support for my Subscription purchasing issue!!!) but there is no way to do it via the support form, there's not help@twitch email anymore, there's no phone number....twitch: YOU NEED TO STOP CLOSING DOORS ON YOUR USERS. We want to help you to help us to help you but you just close the door and your support is so narrow, so limited, so unhelpful; geared toward making your overhead support costs low I'm sure, quality of your product and service be damned.
We need a way to get support for situations that Twitch did not anticipate. Like a general inbox or phone number.

Yo tengo solo 1 problema el cuál es que no me deja seguir a una persona en concreto y no se que hacer, tienen soluciones para ese problema?

I'd like to report the bug that appeared this past month whereby it takes 4 (four) click attempts to get a live stream to play! So how and where do I report this? I know full well you'll reject such a report here. But from my experience, you HAVE NO PLACE TO REPORT BUGS! This is of course irresponsible and bad for your reputation. As I user, I'm fed up with both the bug AND the inability to report it!

yes, there need to be a little changing in it there should be an other option that will represent other issues/bugs rather than the basics mentioned above so the other bugs can be discussed in this category although am much satisfied by this couple of days ago i have resolved my issue about https://www.morocco-excursion.com/ easily within some hours

There are direct, which sometimes jump forward or backward. A behavior, something strange. It happened on Monday the 18th, around 9:50 p.m. Today there was a micro cut on Cristinini's live. It is normal

Agreed. The only bug reports that I seem to be able to file deal with being unable to file user reports due to "network errors".

There needs to at least be an "Other/Not Listed" Direct Category, as all the options are too specific, and only cover a narrow range of issues. Do Better, Twitch

Yeah, just tried to report a bug too, but either Twitch doesn't want to know about bugs on their website (like broken report buttons) or they are unaware their website contains some

I ran into this issue today when trying to report a General Issue on the website. The Category and Sub Category was fit for the issue I was trying to bring forward, but the Direct Category included no options that fit my issue, so I had to go into a completely different section that barely fit into what my issue actually was, in order to even bring forward this issue. I feel that giving users a better way to bring forward bugs and issues can be very beneficial for improving the site, as the current methods only really mention bug reports for the Twitch Studio Beta Application, and not the actual site.
