Le emoticon usate di frequente nella chat di Twitch vengono azzerate ogni volta che il sito viene riaperto.

Il problema si verifica anche quando:
- I cookie sono consentiti
- Non è attiva la cancellazione dei dati dei siti alla chiusura del browser
- La protezione dal rilevamento è impostata su “Bilanciata”
- Non sono attive estensioni di terze parti
- È stato testato anche con l’estensione ufficiale Twitch Live disattivata
- Il browser viene chiuso e riaperto completamente

Le emoticon non vengono mantenute tra una sessione e l’altra e sembrano non avere alcuna cronologia di utilizzo.

Il problema sembra legato al salvataggio locale dei dati (localStorage / IndexedDB) e non all’account.
Il comportamento è costante ed è stato riprodotto più volte.

Browser: Microsoft Edge (ultima versione)
Piattaforma: Web (desktop)
Sistema operativo: Windows 10 / 11

Nota: da smartphone il problema NON si verifica.

This would help seeing how the tooltip bug now exists where channel tooltips just hover forever without you actually hovering over it.

I have no sound on live broadcasts, currently. I have sound on recorded/library twitch programming, but not live. I do not have sound muted.

Also, your help flowchart has no accommodation for sound issues.

I heavily support this idea. Do you fear that it may cost too much effort checking all of the bugs reported by users? True on the one hand, but on the other hand it's a free source of information for you which you should definitley utilize.

Two to three years later and this is still not a feature? Fascinating. I have ran into numerous technical issues lately, where I can't do the following anymore:
-Use channel redeems on my channel or others on specific browsers such as firefox.
-Not being able to postpone ads.
-Inability to pin certain comments.
-Donate.
-Gift subscriptions and sometimes subscribe to channels. (Certain channels that I follow, don't even know that I am still subscribed to them for a year or so, due to this unknown bug)
-Chat issues where some streamers that I follow, can't see my chat but others can.
-Read messages and or notifications.

The only thing I can do is just, deal with it and wait. Nothing really surprises me anymore about Twitch.

@AlphaSh_tlord I had the same issue, I found out why. It happens when you have multiple screens and the focus is in another app or game. You have to click on the background of the twitch page before moving the mouse on the menu otherwise it will either jump up or down when trying to click an item.

I've had a problem recently where the channels sidebar will instantly jump back up to the top when I move the mouse over any buttons (even the Show more option seems to trigger it!). Went to the Help portal and there's STILL no option to report the bug.

I just sat through 17 ads back to back. This has never been an issue before I do not appreciate it at all. Please fix the issue.

Have an actual customer support please. The form doesn't allow users to report bugs.

I need to report a bug about how the support form is broken (making it impossible for me to get support for my Subscription purchasing issue!!!) but there is no way to do it via the support form, there's not help@twitch email anymore, there's no phone number....twitch: YOU NEED TO STOP CLOSING DOORS ON YOUR USERS. We want to help you to help us to help you but you just close the door and your support is so narrow, so limited, so unhelpful; geared toward making your overhead support costs low I'm sure, quality of your product and service be damned.

We need a way to get support for situations that Twitch did not anticipate. Like a general inbox or phone number.

I know full well you'll reject such a report here. But from my experience, you HAVE NO PLACE TO REPORT BUGS! This is of course irresponsible and bad for your reputation. Agreed. The only bug reports that I seem to be able to file deal with being unable to file user reports due to "network errors".

There needs to at least be an "Other/Not Listed" Direct Category, as all the options are too specific, and only cover a narrow range of issues. Do Better, Twitch
