    Two to three years later and this is still not a feature? Fascinating. I have ran into numerous technical issues lately, where I can't do the following anymore:
    -Use channel redeems on my channel or others on specific browsers such as firefox.
    -Not being able to postpone ads.
    -Inability to pin certain comments.
    -Donate.
    -Gift subscriptions and sometimes subscribe to channels. (Certain channels that I follow, don't even know that I am still subscribed to them for a year or so, due to this unknown bug)
    -Chat issues where some streamers that I follow, can't see my chat but others can.
    -Read messages and or notifications.

    The only thing I can do is just, deal with it and wait. Nothing really surprises me anymore about Twitch.
