Tune down sensitivity on "active chat" clip suggestions I noticed a new feature today, where a suggestion pops up whenever chat is "highly active" that I should make a clip to preserve the memories. Only... this usually happens at times when nothing notable is happening on the stream. Choose whether or not to listen to the streamer's music Sometimes, we'd prefer to enjoy the streamer's content without the background music. This could be because the music doesn't align with our personal taste, we may want to listen to our own music, or simply prefer to watch the content without any added sound.

Details Bar for streams moved? Why???? What imagined problems drove the conversation and implementation plan to move the details bar for streams from the bottom to the top in web browsers? I hate it and in my opinion think it's a horrible design decision.

Improve the Customer Support Experience My experiences with twitch support have been, interesting, to say the least. Before I became an affiliate the email option was the only option. 1) having to choose a very specific category is harmful - not once did the support options available come anywhere near to matching what I was contacting support about. 2) provide ACTUAL support. I never once got a response that was helpful. I would like Twitch to add an option that allows users to block streams without having to report them (while of course keeping the report feature available).

Follow age While typing in a Chat on the App, i accidentally clicked on an emote of a channel i was following for a very long time that another user posted, which leads to the channel informations showing up. I accidentally clicked on the follow button which had me unfollowing the channel, because the usual pop-up if i was sure to unfollow did not show up. The hover link does not work. In the Stream Together feature, when hovering over the "+?" below the live stream screen, a list of other streamers is displayed, and you can click on the links. However, the URL should be "https://www.twitch.tv/<UserName>", but it is instead "https://www.twitch.tv/<DisplayName>", which does not work.

When having an issue with verifying your email, there is no way to get in touch with a person to resolve it I had an issue with verifying my email, so the AI chat bot told me to “change it to something random and then change it back” This locked the email and it can not be changed for 24 hours. The chat bot says it can not create a support ticket without a verified email, it can’t give a phone number for live support, and it can’t transfer me to a live chat agent. An inability to escalate to someone who can fix the issue that it helped create seems… not good.

Block Twitch Self Promotion Where Twitch displays a drop box over chat to let you know that drops are progressing gets blocked by random Twitch self promotion alerts that have nothing to do with anything else going on. Recently I missed a drop occurring because the drops page wasn't updating and the notification box was blocked by a Twitch self promotion alert about viral clips nonsense. Please allow a way to block all Twitch self promotion alerts, especially if they're going to interfere with events that the users are actually interested in.

Apple TV - Allow TV remote mic for Chat Before an update to the twitch tv app, you would type with the Apple TV remote to participate in chat. This allowed users to use the mic on the controller to write messages to chat. Now it makes us scan a QR code and type through the phone. Would appreciate the option to just use the remote again!

veganism I would like to kindly request the creation of a veganism section where vegan streamers who do not discriminate can broadcast their streams. Since you are not going to remove speciesist comments or sponsors, I would appreciate it if you considered adding a section where we can find streamers who do not promote animal cruelty. Many times, we feel intimidated by individuals who seek more personal interactions but end up being discriminatory, creating conflict for vegan viewers. If you are familiar with psychology, you’ll understand what I mean.

thank you for letting us turn off .gifs I must say I was geniunly suprised to find this setting the other day, and I just wanted to say: thank you for that
personally I'm no fan of the .gifs feature and I'm SO glad it's only for T2 & T3 subs, but I know many people love it.
so, I'm very happy to have the option to just turn them off.
