Current issue: The stream blocking feature does not filter content effectively enough.

Hello Twitch,

I would like to submit a suggestion that I believe is very important.

I would like Twitch to add an option that allows users to block streams without having to report them (while of course keeping the report feature available).

Additionally, I believe the stream blocking feature should provide stronger privacy and protection. For example, when I block a stream, I should no longer be able to access or watch that stream, even if I have a direct link to the channel page (for example: a direct Twitch URL).

Likewise, if I start a live stream, users that I have blocked should not be able to watch my stream, even if they have a direct link to my Twitch page.

The goal of this suggestion is to improve user safety, privacy, and control over interactions on the platform.
