When having an issue with verifying your email, there is no way to get in touch with a person to resolve it
I had an issue with verifying my email, so the AI chat bot told me to “change it to something random and then change it back” This locked the email and it can not be changed for 24 hours. The chat bot says it can not create a support ticket without a verified email, it can’t give a phone number for live support, and it can’t transfer me to a live chat agent. An inability to escalate to someone who can fix the issue that it helped create seems… not good.
