Allow batch delete of Video Collections
Due to the removal of several highlights to meet the new 100 hour limit, there are now multiple collections of deleted videos that have to be deleted individually due to there not being a batch option for Collections.
This should be added.

Addenddum: it's not just useful for the current situation, it'll be useful going forward too, you can still have multiple collections even with the 100hr limit, and no way to properly manage / delete it in batches
