Look at the ridiculous response I got via email about this @TheMonolith:

Hey there HanzoWH,
I understand your query regarding the Highlights.
We’ll be implementing a 100-hour maximum storage limit for Highlights and Uploads starting February 19, 2025. Here’s what you need to know:
All Highlights and Uploads, whether published or unpublished, count towards the single 100-hour storage limit. Please visit your Video Producer page to see your current storage usage and take action to delete content to bring you under the storage limit. We recommend that you download or export any content you want to save before deleting it from Twitch, and sort your Highlights and Uploads by least viewed to see what is most at risk of being deleted.
If you are still over the limit after the change takes place, we will begin automatically deleting Highlights and Uploads after Apr 19, 2025, starting with Highlights and Uploads with the least views, until you are under the limit.
This limit DOES NOT apply to the storage of Past Broadcasts (VODs) or Clips. Only Highlights and/or Uploads will need to be deleted to meet this quota. Content classified as Clips and/or Past Broadcasts in your Video Producer will not be deleted.
We’re rolling out a new video storage tracker on the Video Producer page in your Creator Dashboard to help you track your storage limit at a glance today. We’re also adding filterable columns including date created, length, and views to your Video Producer to help you sort through Highlights and Uploads to decide which are important to keep on Twitch.
Learn more about why we’re making this change and review how to download, export, and delete your content here. If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know!
Best,
Twitch Support

Let's switch to Kick stream platform since Twitch doesn't care about streamers so boycott is the only way out.
