Make VOD's great again
VOD's need a drastic update! How do you expect that users upload videos if even the past broadcast function doesent work properly?
A couple feature that we are in desperate need of:
- General stability update
- On the fly rewind
- VOD search (Title) for viewers
- VOD ratings systems (viewers can vote 1-5 stars)
- Viewer VOD Ranking (depending on rating)
- Skip muted parts (setting)
- remove the commentary function
- mobile download cache (look at VOD's offline)

Constant 1 Star ratings would be abused to remove the VoD sooner / force the VoD to not be discoverable anymore.

Now we know why Twitch will limit VODs, to support this ***** who does nothing as ****!!

One more thing: have icons in the video producer list for how many times a clip has been highlighted and clipped, along with markers for highlights in the timeline as well.

Excellent this one: mobile download cache (watch VOD offline) well said

I would definitely love to be able to pause and rewind live streams, and past vods, this is an excellent idea, and long over due

VOD playback is so buggy. Seeking frequently causes the vod to start playing from the start randomly.
