Opinion on Digest Storage Reduction
Hello. I am a Twitch user who has been watching the streaming for about 7 years. I am contacting you to dispute the decision to limit digest storage.
I believe that this decision is a sacrilege to the users who have been following the digests, which are digests of the streaming archives that disappear after two months. If the Twitch servers are that strapped for storage, they could have taken a variety of measures, such as shortening the archive period to one month, or setting a limit on the number of users who leave unlimited streaming archives.
Also, please keep in mind that not all digests can be downloaded in such a short period of time (less than 2 months). Shouldn't you have notified us at least 6 months in advance?
At length, I must say that this decision is most unfortunate for us users. We hope that you will reconsider.
