Less Automation, More Authenticity I truly would appreciate considering having an actual Support Team that is filled with people who users can speak with 24/7. This automated bot does not help whatsoever. I can not even find my actual problem and issue with the set categories listed.

Assistance when an account is not properly re-instated after suspension This has happened to a friend of mine and since he is unable to use Uservoice at this time I have taken it upon myself to bring this to the attention of Twitch.

Failed to load module message on the video Why does the video for Twitch now say, "Failed to load module" in Mozilla? I'm not sure where to even ask this, since the troubleshooting choices are absolutely meaningless. This happened before with the "About" information on streamer feeds, before. and it got fixed, eventually. I assume, once Twitch noticed it. If you're not going to keep things working, then why should we have to pay for Twitch Turbo or watch ads? That's part of you keeping the platform working.

There was a network error. Please try again. (Error #2000) My anti-tracking software blocks trackers. The specific advertising trackers from video-edge-b97fc0.sea02.abs.hls.ttvnw.net cause my stream to freeze then turn black with the massage "There was a network error. Please try again. (Error #2000)". Now this is an advertising tracker and not an essential tracker so it should not be critical to use for the webpage to function correctly. Though that does seem to be the case.

Twitch's Men's Mental Health Guild I propose there should be a Twitch Men Mental Health Guild / Twitch Mens Mental Health Guild / Twitch Men's Mental Health Guild as Men's Mental Health is overlooked and should be recognized on platforms like Twitch. A Men Guild / Mens Guild / Men's Guild in that regard would be helpful for all men, as men are underrepresented in mental health. A twitch male streamer / male streamers in general should be given a safe space to discuss male vulnerability.

Sort the following list by category It would greatly improve the user experience if followed channels were grouped by category. For example, all live "Overwatch 2" streamers that a user follows could be grouped together, making it easier to find specific content. Currently, users have to scroll through a long list to locate live streams of interest, which can be frustrating. Adding a category-based sorting option for followed channels would enhance accessibility and streamline navigation. Additionally, allowing users to customize or prioritize categories based on their preferences would further improve usability.

No one cares about stories No one cares about this feature. You wonder why you're losing money? It's because you keep implementing things no one asked for. No viewer has ever wanted this. ‘Psst! New stories you haven't explored yet’—seriously? I'd rather do just about anything else than watch a Twitch "story". No one on God's green earth has ever gone "let me go on Twitch to watch a story from my favorite streamer". Please focus on improving the core experience instead of adding unnecessary features.

100 hours highlights your handling of the enforcement of the 100 hour highlight cap is absolute trash for many reasons.
you cut off my ability to make new highlights immediately. this meant that i was unable to make highlights of my daily streams with no prior notice.
you have terrible support for downloading videos. you have no batch download and when you download 1 at a time you give the file a generic gibberish file name, rather than use the title and date of the video, making it even harder to remove the highlights with any organization, so i have to sit there…

Don't show games on the 'Categories You Follow' page when the filter options on that game's page return none On the page where you've clicked in to seeing all streams for a particular game, like: https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/balatro there are some filters the viewer can set, like what language you'd like to see streams in (this can be set by streamers) and tags.
The only filter that I personally have set, is Language - English because I'm not well-versed in other languages yet.
However, the followed games page (https://www.twitch.tv/directory/following/games) doesn't respect these settings, so I regularly see that there a number of games I've followed on this page, but when I go to the game page, the streamer list…

A turn off music button! A button to mute or lower the volume of music.
It would work that a streamer can connect theirs twitch account with a music platform account like Spotify
Then in a stream if the streamer has music on there would be a button to change it's volume!It would really help people that either dislike the music the streamer listens to, or they are sensitive to that type of music, or that they just rather to listen to their own music.

Language preference recognition > Location I had a pop up for completing a survey. No problem i like doing surveys. The problem was the survey popping up in Japanese because i live in Japan, and I`m not Japanese. Maybe make the survey based on users preferred language rather than location?

Disable Drops notifications I usually watch streamers because I enjoy that streamer and not because of any particular in-game rewards. Sometimes they will play a game that I would otherwise not care about and that game is offering Drops, which means that every so often, I get a notification about these Drops. I will never use them and have no interest in them. However, there does not seem to be a way to disable Drops solely as a viewer without also disabling them as a streamer. I keep getting raided to Streamers I've blocked. Poor user experience
Please fix the issue that allows raids to blocked Streamers.I have blocked several streamers who annoy me and ruin my mood just by seeing them.
I find it very troubling to be forced to see these people because if another streamer raids these blocked streamers, Twitch's "block" rule doesn't work, and I end up in their stream.
I find it very distressing as it worsens my day. Please fix this so that raids to blocked Twitchers are not allowed.

IRL Category/Directory broken up into sub categories (or something like this) Could you divide out the IRL Category/Directory? There's so many streamers and viewers. It would be great to somehow have that category broken-up. i.e: 'Travel and exploring', 'Outdoors/gardening', 'Personal Vlogging', and I'm sure there's a lot more possibilities that I'm not thinking of at the moment. I think this would help users find new things they may want to watch.
