How can we improve the customer experience on Twitch?

Support Dashboard

I would like to see the addition of a support dashboard
where we as users & streamers can see our account health
like the number of bans, or DMCA strikes our account has ? or how long they are for? This is the kind of transparency a lot of people are looking for especially with DMCA

As well as incorporating a list of our support requests/ messages/conversations / logs

If I have a question with my account, as a user, I would like to be able to see the status of my support, like pending, active, closed.

    Debra Whyte has made it her mission to ban me from every site she can with out rite lies. I've had enough of what she has done for so, so long. I would like her removed from Twitch permanently. I have supported and spent a lot of money on Twitch and she is ruing my experience everywhere I go with lies. I will no longer support Twitch in any way until she is removed from Twitch.

    if you want to know how to improve the customer experience twitch, give us a support dashboard, let us know if we have had bans on our account (luckily now we have a dmca strike counter)
    what about the emails we've sent to staff, and status updates of those, would love to see those on my dashboard.

    We should not have to leave the twitch website to find out if our support requests were processed, or updated, or sent, or whatever appeals some streamers may need to make.

    I agree make contacting support easier, on the dashboard a summary would be welcome.

    Since i made this - it now appears that we know how many dmca strikes we have - BUT we do not know how many bans, our channels have had,
    please give more transparency
