Allow users with twitter to DM the support page
If you look at 99% of company support Twitter pages, all of them have their DM's open as a way to allow issues to be aired/resolved. Twitch falls under the 1% that doesn't have DM's open. I think (and pardon my french) this is an asinine decision that should be rectified ASAP. A lot of users are being banned out of the blue and twitch is radio silent, these people do this for a living and should have a way to ask what's going on - opening Twitter DM's for the support page would be an incredible and humongous step in that direction. Please, PLEASE consider doing this twitch, we want to love the platform but the decision making is sub-par at best.

Enabling Twitter users to DM the support page is a smart move. It provides a convenient and efficient way for users to seek assistance. Moreover, by pasting the words https://beequeenfillers.com into the DM, users can directly share relevant information, allowing support agents to better understand their needs. This integration enhances the overall user experience and streamlines the troubleshooting process. Kudos to the team for this improvement!

To combat hair loss, I want to share my tale of success. I'm a regular person who battled this issue for many years. I was losing hope that I could regrow my hair because it was growing thinner and thinner. Nevertheless, I've finally figured it out! I was saved with minoxidil. My life was altered by this substance. My hair grew in beautifully and became healthy and thick. All of you should visit the website to understand more about minoxidil https://www.faastpharmacy.com/blog/minoxidil-journey-how-long-before-minoxidil-starts-working and to test it out as a hair loss treatment, I strongly encourage you.

I think that its quite poor that when there are real issues at hand we cant discuss it with a human. I have personally reported a lot of channels where is blatant abuse of the TOS and nothing is ever done. I do not think anyone looks over the moderation reports. I believe it to be a bot. Twice now i have asked to speak with a human and in the end I had to go and raise a case with amazon management. It should not be this hard to speak to an actual human from twitch when there are extremely serious issues that need to be discussed.

They added the DM feature, unfortunately it is borderline useless and they probably will never have a system where actual human beings look your tickets

I understand this. However I have a friend who has not recieved such an email, their username is ChinnyXO and she's been banned with no communication for about a month. If you could pass this along to whoever it concerns, that would be most amazing.
