    I fully agree and it should be managed by a team of people not bots. A young lady I mod for had her channel banned indefinitely for her age and was accused of being underage when she’s in fact 33. I don’t know what algorithm you have crawling the platform, but this was an error that cost her her subscribers. Not only that, but she was banned twice in 4 days: one ban (that apparently she was “warned” about but never received any warnings) and then again while it was still pending. Both were rejected even after she submitted evidence to prove her age. Had she had a dedicated human assist her she would still have her channel or at least her questions answered.
