Allow users with twitter to DM the support page If you look at 99% of company support Twitter pages, all of them have their DM's open as a way to allow issues to be aired/resolved. Twitch falls under the 1% that doesn't have DM's open. I think (and pardon my french) this is an asinine decision that should be rectified ASAP. A lot of users are being banned out of the blue and twitch is radio silent, these people do this for a living and should have a way to ask what's going on - opening Twitter DM's for the support page would be an incredible and humongous step…

Allow All users to Disable AI Training Currently only Content Creators can choose to disable AI Generative Training for their channel, a process which is not simply or straightforward because, as stated by Twitch and Amazon's fallman, Mike Minton, no one would opt-in if it werent an opt-out.
As a viewer however, I do NOT want Twitch to use my comments as AI training for Amazon to sell or collect. I have no desire to part of this process, program or industry. Add Opt OUT of Experiments, ability to toggle Experiments, give direct feedback using Twitch's built-in UI, AT LEAST NOTIFY US BEFOREHAND Please allow us an option to opt out. At least let us know before implementing "experiments". Opting random users into "experiments" is wrong.

Fix the following game bug on my twitch account I can't unfollow and follow games I followed when I tap the heart icon it disappears and don't work I emailed multiple times and did everything the email told me to do an it still broken. Cannot Watch Subscriber-Only VOD Despite Being Subscribed Hello,
I am currently subscribed to a channel on Twitch.
However, when I try to watch certain subscriber-only VODs, I receive a message saying:
"This video is only available to subscribers," and the video does not play.I have confirmed that my account is correctly subscribed.
I have also tried logging out and back in, clearing my cache, reinstalling the app,
and using different devices, but the issue persists.Since the VOD is labeled as "subscriber-only" but remains inaccessible,
there may be a bug or an issue with access permissions not being applied correctly.Could you please investigate this issue…

DMCA Abuse of DMCA system of claims violating live-streams (they receive a notification and get banned immediately that creates possibilities of unfair abuse). At the same time DMCA agents have poor qualification and when they receive a counter-notification they behave as they want instead reminding a claimer that only a COURT can solve DMCA rights abused or not. Youtube has better system - when you claim on someone and receive a counter- notification you have 10 days to sent Youtube agent a proof that you are starting a procedure in Court otherwise your content is safe. Please fix this difference.

Twitch appeals As an avid user of Twitch.tv, I've seen firsthand the disparity in treatment between large and small streamers. When a small streamer gets suspended, it often feels like they're left to fend for themselves with little to no support from the platform. On the contrary, some big Twitch.tv users have been suspended up to seven times with seemingly no significant consequences. Currently no email support The bot you have for twitter support doesn't work and replies with unrelated information to the issue.
I have reopened this for the following reasons,
1) This is true
2) Your bot is not working correctly and gives incorrect info
3) You are stopping people from upvoting who also has this issue
4) You never commented

twitter To make it so that when clicking a link on twitter iOS the link takes you directly to the twitch app rather just a twitch web page within the twitter app and then having to choose, independently, to go to the twitch app.
