Contacting Support form should not auto-redirect
With the current Twitch Contact Us form users are immediately redirected off the form when an assumed applicable category is selected instead of providing a link to it.
This disrupts the user's attempt to file an inquiry while selecting a category that may/may not fit what they're seeking help on since current categories are unclear.
Remove the auto redirecting of the contact form so users can use the form as they intended, to file an inquiry.

The fact that there's a spam comment on this page promoting bitcoin bots shows just how much attention is given to this topic by Twitch....

Trying to reach an actual person to seek help before reporting a stream because I don't want to report them and risk either their or my account being unfairly striked, but apparently there is no direct way to do that unless I can magically become an affiliate overnight as a non streamer...
Imagine trying to find help because you are concerned that a 6 YEAR OLD is on camera being livestreamed in an 18+ channel and community, with violent gameplay, swearing and other foul language, only to have no support because the dropdown categories do not actually allow you to submit an enquiry due to no applicable subjects.
General Inquiries should entail ALL GENERAL INQUIRIES. NOT JUST TWO OPTIONS.Reserving the human interaction live chats to affiliates and partners is unfair, along with not providing an email address where viewers can seek help, as how are viewers supposed to get help when access to help isn't actually accessible?
Robot help bots are very limited as to what they can assist with, which is a failure to provide a safe and confidence inspiring setting for viewers.
Twitch, please make your support portal ACTUALLY SUPPORTIVE.
The VIEWERS are the people putting the money into your services, so treat us better. Trust us to have legitimate concerns. Value us enough to want to do everything possible to make your services SAFE. -

I HATE Twitch's support forms; the way it funnels you to just the handful of issues they think are important; they don't cover every situation, they make it hard to get support for a lot of issues, and then half the time the forms DO cover your situation, they get stuck in reload/redirect loops so we can't complete our support requests!!! AND THERE'S NO OTHER WAY TO DO IT IF THE SUPPORT FORM IS BROKEN.
We come here and complain and it's obvious that nobody likes twitch support, but twitch support still blows massive chunks on a daily basis.

how you supposed to submit the help request when it redirects you away from the page every time you select the category (which is a required field).
WHAT A JOKE.
It is worth noting that the help pages are trash. -

Twitch support should also stop being lazy .
when , by miracle, you find a option in the dropdown menu that allows you to directly contact them, and almost always , not allowing you to contact the support branch in charge of your inquiry ... they simply send you the link to these "uservoice" pages where your answer can't be found because they are too lazy to simply sent your inquiry to the proper support branch or to tell you how to contact the proper support branch...
and as a final middle finger .. they just close your ticket.
So my suggestion is (yes, we are supposed to make suggestions here) . Twitch support should ... well.. do their job

since there is no "generic question" category that allows us to ask a question that doesnt fit into any category feedback is the only option and that just redirects here. ugh.

Sadly with Twitch is, there is clearly nobody knowing what they are doing, redirecting in endless circles is just one of many examples.

What is a bitcoin trading bot?
Bitcoin trading bot is a software program that automatically buys and sells various cryptos at the right time to generate a profit. It enters trades based on pre-established parameters.
Due to the crypto trading bots, traders will not miss the opportunity to enter profitable trades by running a set of algorithms and will be able to open orders in time.
How does the crypto trading bot work? Check at our blog: https://cryptorobotics.co/crypto-trading-bots-the-ultimate-beginners-guide/
Bitcoin trading bots work under special algorithms, trading strategies, which, in turn, are based on technical analysis. To make an independent analysis, traders need historical data on price changes (charts, at least for the last year). Sometimes it is possible to determine an association with the news.Besides, after conducting a technical analysis, the strategy is tested on the same historical data, and the number of potential losses and profits is calculated. And if the results are satisfactory, the rules of the trading strategy of the cryptocurrency trading bot are created on their basis. Some bots additionally utilize indicators that provide you with the opportunity to analyze the current situation on the market, others are executed only when certain market conditions occur.

This is an accessibility issue for those unable to use a mouse. Users would not be able to select the dropdown entry they want if its below an entry with a redirect.

I had to re-enter my problems MULTIPLE TIMES because for some reason twitch thinks it's a good idea to immediately redirect you, imagine having a problem and not being able to ask for help because twitch doesn't have an actual helpful tab you can send a report to without being redirected, it is by FAR one of the stupidest things on help portal.
