It was extremely difficult to find this page / section of twitch
I just had posted some feedback, but I have feedback on posting feedback.
It was an extreme pain to even find this page or section of Twitch, yet it looks so well developed. Please make this more clear / accessible to the public.

agreed. Twitch makes it as difficult as possible to provide feedback.
The app is getting terrible. You don't immediately show followed streamers, you suggest streamers I do not want to watch. You don't take me directly to streamers when I click on them on the followed list, I have to navigate into their streams through additional, nonobvious steps. Tonight when I tried to find another streamer in the category I typically watch, I couldn't find the category in the list.
I don't want to watch all the other ****. Let me see the streamers I follow, let me one click into their streams, let me ignore all the other stuff I don't care about.
Make a real feedback system. Let people feedback directly from the app, without having to spend time wandering through this stupid system. You do NOT know better than your customers what they want. You do NOT make the app easier to use or more enjoyable. You just sell more and more ads and raise your prices until people leave.

I just has a similar experience but on uservoice. I googled "twitch turbo free trial" to see if they are or ever have been offered. The first googled link brought me to uservoice. I didn't know it existed. I discovered free trials aren't available but I was inclined to vote for it and browse other topica. I signed in and realized it was very difficult to find the actual topics and individual posts.

It seems unhelpful to receive fewer good ideas from your customers. Other large platforms that have advanced feedback mechanisms do much more to encourage users to use them. It is odd that something Twitch's size does not promote this area.

From what I gather, the automated tools Twitch provides to streamers work pretty well, but when any issue comes up, they also have a difficult time getting enough help.
And twice, OSI74/CinemaInsomnia has had to relaunch with another name, because trolls are able to trigger a ban response by Twitch, over supposed violations of the ToS.
OSI74 only plays public domain movies which passed the Hays Code restrictions, which were in all ways more strict. So Twitch should be telling these complainers to go away.

I assume Twitch would be interested in leveraging user feedback to improve their products. It hardly seems helpful to ignore it or to prevent it from being offered. I have to google this page to find it, to this day I have no idea how to find it starting from Twitch.tv. I imagine it is the same for others too.

Wholeheartedly agree! UserVoice should definitely be a dedicated link on the site

Twitch Con 2022 SD
Let me start off by saying how dissatisfied I am with this event. Everything is very unorganized and chaotic. Spending money on a 3 day pass for 4 people is by far not cheap or affordable to say the least. I expected to be able to have my kids meet the creators at the meet and greet. Seems simple enough right??? WRONG!!! We came “early” (6:00am) to beat rush and make sure my kids get the chance to meet Karl, George, sapnap, and Ramboo but that didn’t happen!!! Why you ask??? Well the staffs and/security kept telling us to line up in a certain line stating it’s the correct line, just to find out and get bounced around to many different lines. 4 lines later, we were cut off right when we are in front of the line (4th line we’ve been moved to)…who does that. We then got in another “line for the NomNom theatre to watch the SMP…again bounce around to different lines. 3 hours later they stop letting people in because they are max capacity!!!! Really??? The room can only accommodate like 200 guests!!! Wait, what??? How many tickets did you sell??? Words cannot explain or express how this experience has been for my husband and I and our 2 kids. I talked to many people in line and they have all experienced the same disappointment. Something needs to be done here!!! Without fans there will be no Twitch Con…just saying.
Regards,
Disappointed Mom…just no words 😞 -

I didn't know UserVoice existed till today when a friend of mine asked if I'd support their posted feedback.
This really need to be more easily accessible/discoverable.

But not by auto-redirecting from the Contact Us form. 🤦♂️

One is not able to easily get to user voice via Twitch. It behaves like a third party and requires a separate website and permissions? Why not have User Voice more incorporated and able to be found under settings or help sections on Twitch instead? Most people, viewers or streamers dont even know this exists..

Seriously, I've been looking for this page for the past two or three years. I never even knew it existed honestly. This needs to be easily accessible

To be honest... I'm kinda okay with that. Can you imagine how many people would be posting bullshit in here if there was a big button on the front of twitch.tv that said "click here to tell us what you think of our service"

Currently there is no indication anywhere on the twitch.tv site that this Twitch Uservoice exists. A simple link to the Twitch Uservoice would both improve awareness of its existence and direct users looking to give site improvement input to the appropriate place.
