Hi, i would like to suggest a support contact rework.
Wasnt overly clear on where to put this but in a way accessibility felt right if you read through as it's about supports accessibility itself. So I myself and a few others I know have reached out to support with various questions as to how something works, if theres a functions for something or how do to something after exhausting their forums, other sources or walkthroughs. To see a generalized copy and paste response anytime to these things after expressing lack of answers found exactly where they point you to is to put bluntly pathetic. Twitch support seems to have no motivation at all in responding to, or even acting like they want to help you out with an issue. Take what leading customer service departments have done over the last 10 years and scrap the copy and paste responses and links to forums. Have people sit down, read the questions or concerns and then look into before responding so they have real answers. People will gladly wait longer for real person to person help over quickly being addressed and sent along with no real help most times. I've Inquired twice myself today in clear detail as to what I was doing and if it would mess up my audio because I cannot get the audio to work but otherwise worked fine. I explained it otherwise worked fine, only when I do certain things my audio stops. I asked if these steps or setups in theory blocked the audio from actual being registered and so on. I stated I looked into forums, support posts, previous people's questions and troubleshooting all to no answers for my question and issue found. I was then given a generic troubleshooting link which I had been to, got a general copy and paste response and zero help past what I've already done after stating I had. Upon clarifying I've done all this and covering my point of question again. Then stating I had done or gone through all these things and asking again my questions of does this way just simply not work... I was again reached out to with a generic response clearly missing the questions all together. Its honestly quite sad to see a team that preaches respect, cooperation and a help eachother out attitude send me a generic link that was not useful at all twice while avoiding any thing actually written politely and clearly. I'm not the most tech savvy person but I'm far from clueless and asking an outright questions of ex: what's 2+2? And jsut being sent a math info link stating what different math types are like multiplication and subtraction clearly doesnt address the answer is 4.
