Allow all games. Remove the prohibited games list. The Twitch community is composed of people from around the world, coming from unique political backgrounds and cultures.
Prohibiting games enforces a specific view of the world to the Twitch community as to what is acceptable or not, censoring content with valuable gameplay and cultural content in the process.

Safety: Close Public Access to Past Deleted Content Anyone is currently able to access deleted Clips and VODs via a Twitch database that is open and accessible via the stream ID. This is incredibly dangerous, as personal information such as addresses, names, employment, etc., may have been accidentally disclosed on stream, and is now permanently saved for the public to access at anytime, even if the VOD or Clip is quickly deleted.
PLEASE close this server access to the public for our safety!

Add option to report account for impersonation Right now there isn't an option to report an account for impersonating another user. It's really easy for someone to make an account with a similar name by substituting an uppercase I for a lowercase L (I vs l) or with any other kind of letter/number substitution.
There should be an option to easily report an account for impersonating someone else.

Prevent receiving gifted subs for channels you have blocked Mostly because this happened to me, but I have a channel blocked. I have had them blocked for a very long time for various off-platform reasons. I received a randomly gifted sub for said channel today.
If you have a channel blocked you should not be able to randomly receive a gifted sub for said channel. I understand there's an option to prevent receiving gifted subs to channels you don't follow, but in this instance, I didn't think I had to worry about that since the person was blocked already.

Sexual themes Drawn Children Nudity issue. Sexual Themes new classification child nudity.
Due to the recent content policy update - sexual themed artists are now drying children/lolis naked on Twitch. Absolutely get RID of this. As well as give us the option to block ALL channels using the Sexual Themes tag - I do not want to see a big dog or dragon genitalia on Twitch - that is not why I'm using the platform, I do not want to see nudity - that is not why I'm using the platform.
I cannot imagine how this went over your heads before releasing this content policy update…

Automatic Viewer Stream Recovery & Auto-Loading for Live Channels I’d love to see Twitch add smarter automatic recovery for streams so viewers never have to manually refresh
If a stream you’re already watching disconnects or crashes, it should automatically attempt to reconnect and resume playback in the background (no “click to refresh” button, no page reload required)
If you have a channel open in a tab and the streamer goes live, the stream should load automatically without needing a manual refresh
Even when the existing save feature that keeps you connected on crashes setting is enabled, the player often stays in a broken/offline state for anyone who’s already on…

Can we please get an overhaul/update to the 'Appeal Muted Audio' system? After suffering multiple instances myself and seeing this happen to others as well, here's what I propose.
1) If the claimant is not the copyright holder of the listed audio (i.e. 'Megalovania by RandomDude24' instead of 'Megalovania by Toby Fox'), give the option to appeal the audio under a section such as "Claimant is not the copyright holder".

Seperate alcohol and drugs classification labels I like to drink rum while I stream. It's kind if my thing. Since I drink a couple of glasses of alcohol, twitch is forcing me to add the alcohol classification, which is fine, but why am I now being forced to brand my stream with "Drugs, Intoxication, or Excessive Tobacco Use" in big letters under my stream?
I don't want my stream to be associated with drug use. Seperate these labels so people know exactly what they're watching instead of such a broad classification of completely different things.

Mental health Twitch should offer a more in-depth mental health section that not only focuses on streamer health (i.e. suicide prevention/depression) but also the streamer/follower relationship. Offering resources for those who do not understand that the streamer cannot always respond/ may not share the same feelings as the viewer. Essentially, we need a "how to use Twitch in a healthy, responsible manner" section, to educate all parties involved.

Include DBS checks with affiliate and partner onboarding There is nothing currently in TOS that prevents anyone with a criminal record in casting - including people who have been convicted of race, hate or *** crimes. Have the Ability to turn off stream embedding Over the last few months, several friends of mine have been view botted with hundreds of bots from embeds. I am asking for an option to not allow a stream to be embedded. Most likely on the 'Stream Information' page
Doing this would allow small vulnerable channels to have some protection from bot attacks via embedding, along with shield mode for chat bots and sery bot to ban bots on twitch this would make twitch a much safer place for vulnerable groups

Whisper Filtering / Moderation A lot of streamers with whispers enabled have been harassed by someone via them. I know you can block whispers from strangers, but there are various beneficial reasons we may want to keep them enabled. Even just checking the whisper tab shows you the last message someone sent, and a lot of the times we really don't want to see that (for so many reasons I don't have to go into - discrimination, harassment, sexual content, hostility, etc).
I would like to propose easy moderation options for whispers, specifically message filtering.

Make Mature Content Fully Opt-In, And Not Show Users It In Browse Who Don't Want To See It While I fully support any creator's right to produce whatever content they wish within Twitch's TOS, there are many users who for multiple reasons, do not wish to view Sexualised Content.
Currently, even if a streamer marks their content with the 'Sexual Themes' tag, I still see thumbnails of them performing sexualised content in my Browse view, and often see a second or two of sexualised content before the 'warning screen' appears. Designated support team for streamers being bullied with ToS strikes without actually breaking ToS Hello, I have felt like there are a few things that have been concerning for small streamers in regards to some of the ways their account/channels in particular have been handled. Don't allow accounts to stream anime or tv shows. Make it easy to report it! There is a trend for people to stream anime series which not only is illegal, since they don't own the content which has copyright, but this will hurt twitch content creators.
Most of these channels are using an illegal streaming website to stream the show on twitch.
If they are using a legal site (for example, Crunchyroll) they are breaking the law by double streaming their content here.
They are not creating their own content, hurting all hard-working streamers that actually put effort on twitch.

Ban Sponsored Gambling Streams Sponsored gambling streams should not be allowed on Twitch because of Twitch's policies and sponsored gambling streams effects.
On the twitch safety center it states that community comes first and safety is personal. Allowing sponsored gambling steams on twitch goes against these policies by not first helping the community but rather turning a blind eye to them, and not the safety of those viewers as they are being exploited for profit.

Don't ban specific words that are not slurs Twitch plans on soft-banning a handful of words in their next policy update, namely "simp", "incel", and "virgin", in an attempt to ***** down on ****** harassment. They say it will only be in cases where they are used as insults but I want to get ahead of this since community outcry is already bubbling up.
