Separating Video Layers - Move/Toggle Stream Cams This has probably been thought about already, but why wouldn't you give the end-user the opportunity to decide the layout of the stream? What I mean is providing the end-user with similar options to the content creator. Meaning the user can decide where to place the face cam overlay, or even turn it off. Service Error: "VideoFieldEditor UpdateContentTags" am unable to remove Content Tags from a VOD currently.
How to reproduce
When trying to remove tags on a VOD, when hitting Save, this error occurs.Expected behavior
Content Tags should be removed from the VOD when I hit Save.Additional context or questions

Show reels of highlight clips off of small streamers on mainpage Instead of only Showing streams of made people on the start page, you could add a feature to show short clips of small streamers to give them a platform to be discovered, one small clip at a time

Merge streams On the event of a Stream restarting or even needing to switch OBS settings, it’d be nice to be able to let Twitch know that “this stream is part of the previous one that ended (within a certain amount of time) ago.” I think twitch has an automatic version of this, but in the oddball case of it marking two back to back streams as separate, it’d be nice to merge them.

Allow Non-Affiliates to have the Rerun Feature again It would be helpful for channels especially NON-Affiliates who want to rebroadcast either their past broadcast stream to bring in more people to the channel or even rebroadcast highlighted content. Video jumps backward when quality is "Auto" I’m working on an SPA where one can watch VODs in sync, as if it was live.
I noticed something weird on several videos: when started at a late position on Auto quality, the videos plays normally for a few seconds, then goes backward exactly when the quality is automatically changed.
This does not happen by switching qualities manually.This is not easy to reproduce, as you need to be in Auto quality AND have the first selected quality to be low (e.g. 360p).

How to use Copywrite music So like a watch party where you can logging to amazon prime or Netflix and show you all paid the royalty fee mabey include a thing into twitch were you can only hear the Royalty Music in the stream if you have singed into a platform like amazon music google music or spotify and you be able to hear what every music you payed fees to listen to.

A 'Refresh Stream' button I don't have the most stable internet so there are days where a stream will buffer quite a bit. This means that I am viewing the stream later than the rest of chat, and in order to catch back up I need to reload the entire page.
I would like a button that refreshes just the stream in order to give the the most current stream.
This would also help people who chose to pause the stream.

Webplayer aspect ratio - 21:9 and 32:9 It would be nice if the webplayer would adapt to streams other than 16: 9 aspect ratio. As I stream in a 21: 9 aspect ratio, I have black stripes that look bad and are unnecessary

Fix Chapter Select while paused It would be useful to be able to jump between chapters while paused because I export past broadcast vods to a secondary YouTube channel, and being able to see the timestamp of the chapter marker means I can create chapters on the exported video.
An alternative idea is to automatically include chapter info in the pre-generated description that fills when the description field is empty.
A hypothetical example:

Link URL syntax for collections are broken After a recent Twitch website update it appears certain links to collections are now broken. Some time back all these worked but now only some do.
Here are some concrete examples:

Control icons on tablet Put a pause button and a close button on the tablet interface. the only way I can stop the stream is by minimising and swiping the video. Is annoying. Clicking a pause button or a close icon like I can on my PC would be very useful.

Bring back offline player volume control Seems that the volume control no longer appears on offline streams.

Some people will wait for a streamer to go live, but have the volume "remembered" from a different streamer they watched last night and suddenly get blown out speakers

Clips need to persist the Mature Flag settings from their origin stream When reviewing clips, the mature flag needs to persist so that content from streams that are configured as intended for Mature Audiences continue that flag appropriately into the Clip UI and APIs

Customize Stream Download Name It would be nice if there was a way to customize what your stream will be called when you download the MP4 file, like a default format, for instance:
[STREAM NAME]_[DATE] as an option
You could also allow users to customize the date format to their liking. Me, personally, I like just doing 'MM-DD' because I can group them all by year later.

Separate Audio For Gameplay & Streamer I want to watch multiple streamers and hear them without the gameplay sounds overlapping so that I have no idea what's happening in any of them. I just want to focus mainly on one, but still hear the other streamers talk.
