New policies feedback Its nice to see the new policies regarding nudity and sexual content but you might want to add a few things:
When you go into the art category, the preview of those streams that showcase nudity are not blurred and you don't even have to log-in in order to watch them

In Game Music should not be Muted since it's part of the Game already. If a song is part of the game, it should not be muted. If you're going to insist to have the stupid DMCA filters in place in the first place at least have them set to recognize songs that are in various games so I don't have parts of my stream muted for songs that the game comes with.

Remove sexual content and re-classify what "sexual content" is according to Twitch's standards If we're going to remove gambling for being a bad influence to children then I think it's past time to change the rules for sexual content and how Twitch classifies "sexual content". Exposing children to content like this can corrupt their mind and make them view sex as something it's not, which in the long run can effect their future relationships.

Patch security holes that allowed for a streamer to be hate raided and follow botted. Note: this idea includes links to where security vulnerabilities were found because having that knowledge is better for tackling the issue heads on.
I am a mod for AshuriiYuki who got hit with a hate raid and bot follow spam pretty early in her stream on April 19th, 2022. Between AshuriiYuki and her mods, we were able to handle the raid without much incident, though AshuriiYuki is upset over the incident.

Viewers should be able to report copyright misuse rather than relying on the copyright owner Currently, only the owner of the work or the agency on behalf of the rights holder can submit a DCMA claim on a stream or a VOD.
However, as a viewer of a few channels, it's clear that some streamers are actively streaming music and video from services like YouTube and Spotify on a regular basis. Followbot marker When we are follow botted we get massive follows within seconds of each other, please mark these in a diffrent color so if we want we can remove them manually or ban them easily. This alone will help build up a tracking system with twitch being able to ID the main user name as it will appear the most and ban it to help others with being spammed.

Make clear the words not allowed by the platform I have a friend who is a beginner streamer who has been banned and doesn't know why. Twitch only reported that he said something that is outside of his policy. I watch all of his lives and I don't remember any time he offended someone else. Follow Disable Function This feature would allow creators to allow and disallow follows to protect against spam, such as followbotting. If a user starts to get followbotted, they can turn off follows, and problem fixed. It will lead to less issues in the future going back and forth with support and stressing about whether or not you will be banned from Twitch.

Unhide Chat (Expand) control is hidden for narrow windows With recent changes to the Twitch channel interface on desktop browser, not only is chat hidden by default when opening the channel, but users can be stuck having chat hidden with no way to get it back easily.
If the user changes their window dimensions in such a way as to prompt Twitch to hide chat, they cannot bring it back without first stretching the window to be wide enough that Twitch deigns to display the "Expand" control at the edge of the page to unhide chat.

Please fix your audio muting algorithm Your algorithm intended to mute 3 songs in the stream, but muted 20 minutes of the stream which included sections of the stream when those songs were NOT being played.
The flag also listed the song as 3:30+ seconds when only 0:30 seconds of the song was played.
You need to add a section under "Appeal Muted Audio" to state "portions of the playback were muted in error" and "DO NOT contain the songs listed in the flag report."
Also, you should allow users to download this audio without muting since it will not be streamed on your site.

Allow a username blacklist. If Twitch won't filter (or ban) usernames containing personal information, perhaps streamers could blacklist names containing certain words/#s/etc.

Don't allow personal information in usernames. People should not be able to create usernames with phone #s or addresses in them. This is commonly used for doxxing streamers and Twitch Safety Ops/Support does not/will not ban them on their usernames alone, even if they created their name(s) to harass a streamer.

Shadow Ban We should be able to Shadow ban people, just like reddit, imagine a world where trolls, haters etc gets to keep writing their nonsense in the twitch chat, not knowing they are banned and no one being able to see what they are typing:)

shouts Streamer shouts are great, but getting bombarded by a ton of streamers with shouts is a bit overwhelming. It would be great to have a filter to allow shouts from a streamer or not, instead of the take it all or leave it, all or nothing. I know many people who follow someone but might not want constant updates from shouts along with the live notifications from all but from some. It would be nice just to have a simple checkbox or toggle to allow shouts per followed streamer maybe.

AI HANDLING USER REPORTS NOT WORKING! — Bring Back Human Moderation to Trust & Safety AI handling user reports is not working properly and is putting the community at very high risk of creating a negative and destructive culture on Twitch. Please ensure that user reports are handled by human moderators only. Whilst AI can assist in flagging obvious moderation issues, trained Trust & Safety people are what makes a platform safe. AI is not the solution to this and will only cost in reputation as well as financially when things go chaotically wrong over time.

Instead of collecting everyone's phone number and deter new viewers... For those who actually think enforcing telephone number is actually "safe". Please read up on how the telephone number system works and is implemented. Especially how typical SMS is implemented with SS7 protocol.
It is an absolutely terrible idea for any company to horde information, let alone information that is critical and not easily changed.
For botters, they can literally bulk buy numbers for less than $0.5/each, especially in scam rampant countries like India, Turkey, China, Russia... And what about for those with company phones or easy teleco infrastructure access? Way too easy to bypass for actual bad actors.

Watch Streak Confirmation Would it be possible for there to be a confirmation symbol or something for when a stream's watch streak count has gone up? I have a 370-watch streak with a streamer, and I wasn't paying attention to whether my watch streak went up or not.
