Shadow Ban

We should be able to Shadow ban people, just like reddit, imagine a world where trolls, haters etc gets to keep writing their nonsense in the twitch chat, not knowing they are banned and no one being able to see what they are typing:)

    I got shadowbanned after creating 3 accounts and getting banned on all of them within 10 minutes

    This is ripe for abuse. Look at reddit for examples.

    Twitch should integrate a shadow ban feature, the person viewing the stream would be completely unaware of the ban. Once shadow banned the stream would always appear offline, the chat down and the vods wouldn't update to that person.
