A way to combat stream snipers When banning people from chat, rather than letting them continue view the stream live force a 5 minute delay. This would help with stream sniping. It keeps the viewership, which is nice, but takes away the snipers advantage. I know incognito mode would probably mess that up, but at least it's a step in the right direction.

Will there be a good behavior policy that wipes clean previous strikes? Some people (like myself) receive strikes by people manipulating the system to punish streamers they don't like. If we go for an extended period with zero infractions, it only makes sense we are forgiven previous strikes and shouldn't face terminated channels. Especially with such a low bar as 3 strikes and no true recourse to appeal or even have our own proof to provide in said appeal (since the video is wiped clean before we can make a full copy to provide evidence). Thanks!

At twitchcon 2019, evidence regarding bans was promised to be provided to streamers along witha vod, is this still in development? Emmett Shear promised this.

inflated views from embedded streams several channels seem to have inflated views by embedding their channels on wiki sites or other websites with high traffic. Are there any plans to address this so they don't skew the numbers for certain categories of games?

In terms of streamers that identify as trans/nonbinary, what will Twitch do to accounts that purposefully continue mis-identification? There are some users that I have dealt with in the past that purposefully mis-identify trans/non-binary individuals and streamers. How will Twitch trust and safety board manage these users? Purposeful mis-identification is very hurtful, especially after being told the correct identity, and they outright are ignorant to it.

Actually respond and have a place for attachments when filing an appeal Months ago, I filed for an appeal on another twitch channel I run and I never got a response. There’s no way for me to contact about being updated. Also, when filing the appeal, there was no way for me to attach proof that I had permission from the artist to use their song. So, attachments when filing an appeal needs to be a thing. And again, I never heard back so that part of the one video is still muted despite appeal being filed months ago and having the artist’s permission in writing

Alternatives to suspensions for DMCA DEAR READER(S),
There needs to be an extension in the amount of time content creators are allowed to fix or remove disputed content.
BANNING AN ACCOUNT out right is uncalled for considering other rightfully banned accounts that are intentionally uploading and maintaining disputed content without multiple warnings and flags in place as well as assistance to edit and/or remove content.

Rework the DMCA-system I've decided to go on a bit of a rant regarding the current DMCA-system in place. While it's a stretch to call it constructive, seeing as I can't offer a viable second option, I still feel a need to express my opinion on this.
The current system you have in place is pure destruction for the platform. Not allowing streamers to stream the music they want is a change I find it hard to accept. And I don't even stream myself. If I was considering it, I definitely won't with the current situation.

Don't allow personal information in usernames. People should not be able to create usernames with phone #s or addresses in them. This is commonly used for doxxing streamers and Twitch Safety Ops/Support does not/will not ban them on their usernames alone, even if they created their name(s) to harass a streamer.

Music Please I would love for there to be a place full of approved music. Like with YouTube, have a page, tab, or something with music that wont get copyright stuck. Especially since even some game music can get strikes. I don't want to get in trouble and I only recently learned that you can't play everyday music. It would be awesome if you would compile a list of music for people to be able to play without getting in trouble. Please and Thank You

Import / Export Banlist I have been thinking about an easy way to ban multiple banned users on multiple channels. I am thinking especially of names that violate the guidelines or are known to be bot accounts. Especially with regard to followbot and chatbot attacks.

Permaban female streamers habitually sexualizing their streams. You cant avoid this stuff. You go to twitch's front page and you see women clearly showing as much boob as possible without it being pornographic just to draw in ***** viewers. It's a game to them, how far can they push the line without breaking the rules.. Full screen cam with no game being played. No art being done. TOS clarifications, hiding, and image-based guidelines Twitch,
Firstly, let me clarify to you that I enjoy artistic nudity and am not a puritanical person. I also want to clarify that some people who didn't deserve to get banned got banned today who didn't draw any genitalia and who abided by the new TOS, and that you need to fix your accounting.
However, this is regarding the "opening of Pandora's Box" that you have willed over the course of a singular day.
Whether I like their art or not, the "sexual content" warning isn't sufficient, there absolutely needs to be (1) a censored thumbnail for 18+ streams…

thumbnails With the Art category going nuts with full nudity right now, the thumbnail system, which pulls a screencapture every 5 minutes, is displaying full nudity with zero age verification. You're running perilously close to some serious legal problems if you don't find a solution to that pretty quickly.

Twitch rules need clarifaction of acceptable content from male streamers. Twitch is starting to fall apart. I'm a guy, does this mean i can stream on web cam shirtless? As long as i label as adult content? What about just in my boxers?
Twitch needs to focus on what twitch is about, gaming and making content. If you want to do only fan stuff, then make an only fans.
If you're going to have an adult section of twitch make it accessible only to 18+ and keep the two content separate.

Minimum age requirement I think that the minimum age requirement to create an account should be 18 yrs old. If you are going to start allowing women who are naked on stream, but have the camera cut off at their ****, to be able to dance provocatively. Then the minimum age to create/have an account on your site should be 18! You also need a better way to confirm someone is 18, other than just clicking a button to confirm they want to see mature content.
