Unmute Licensed Music when license is uploaded. I constantly get muted audio although I own a license for streaming those songs.
When I appeal the muted audio it seems like nobody ever cares and unmutes it. And there's even no chance to upload a license to proof that I am allowed to play those songs in public.Please Twitch, please finally fix this!

Overhaul Community Guidelines I know Twitch CEO went over this at Twitch-con San Diego 2019 with some good pluses towards this better chance. I have no idea when that will be implemented into today's Twitch Moderation, but hopefully sooner rather than later.
But anyways, some things he did not mention was these ideas and should add-on or I would recommend a complete overhaul on the enforcement.

Exclude currently live streamers from viewer counts on other channels We propose that accounts that are actively broadcasting on their own channel should not be counted as viewers on other Twitch streams they may have open at the same time.
In other words, a streamer should still be able to open and follow other channels while they are live, for example to support friends or fellow creators, but their presence should not contribute to those channels’ concurrent viewer count.
This would make viewer counts more representative of users who are actually watching a stream as viewers, while preventing so-called “lurking” between streamers who are currently live from artificially influencing audience…

Block access to twitch api Someone created an app that allows him to see every channel’s followers without being a moderator. He can also track every Twitch user in real time, meaning he can see who a user is following instantly. He is using this app to harass me.
He keeps following me everywhere, no matter if I change my username or not. Twitch’s API access should be restricted to Twitch staff only. When Twitch removed the ability for users to see who someone is following, that restriction should have applied to everyone, including third-party applications.

The ability to follow more than 2,000 creators Get rid of the max followage amount. What is the purpose of this, anyway? There's millions that stream on twitch a month, we should not be limited by this. Further, twitch needs to stop DELETING follows from people when they're near or at capacity. Create additional separate content labels for new Artistic Nudity policy I suggest that the new guidelines allowing"Artistic Nudity - which concern
fictionalized artistic depictions: Should have an Additional required Content Label besides just the generic "Sexual Themes".It seems that the artistic policy will be misused by users posting artistic nudity for non-artistic purposes.
Artistically Nude content has merits and value to the art communities but is shocking for many users when full nudity is shown without specific warning and without prior context, and should be considered distinct from content which merely contains discussions or Sexual Themes, etc.

Appeals Process The appeals process for a suspended account is such poor customer service. You can assign resource to this area but not where it matters in answering unjustified bans or suspensions.
The consistency on the appeals is so flawed it’s ethically and morally wrong.
This post will be deleted, again, because you don’t want to own up to poor customer service and would rather delete a post than provide a good service to loyal customers. Contact me for details, but I doubt you will.

Stricter Gambling Rules Stricter gambling rules. Make gambling accessible to users that have proven to be 18 or older. Make "gambling" category in twitch unaccessible to users that havent proven their age with valid ID. Streamers who gamble in different category receive temporary or permanent ban. Gambling has been raising concern over the years in Twitch. This ia an idea how to restrict under age users from watching gambling streams and how Twitch could strengthen their gambling rules.

Warn new streamers of fake donation messages I started checking out lower viewer count streamers and noticed a trend of groups of people targeting new streamers with fake donation messages.
e.g. Username: has donated $1500.00! :TwitchVotes:
They use the TwitchVotes emote to make the message to make it look legitimate, as it's a Twitch icon with a checkmark. They use these donations to pressure people into doing things, everything from small pranks, to more dangerous stuff, to more sexual requests. Sexual hate raid defense There's streamers currently suffering from attacks from accounts impersonating them. The usernames these attackers have contains words like "Prostidute", "Perverted", "Suicide", "Naked", and more explicit terms next to the Streamers' names. These streamers have had no chance to get support from Twitch.
Saying "ignore them" or "report them" does NOT work, because the accounts keep appearing with new, more outrageous, names. Streamers report more than 50 accounts appearing. This type of harrassment can get someone killed, there needs to be serious punishment to the IP owner.

Blocked channels still appear on my feed (PC) I don't want to see ANY channel or user that I have BLOCKED on the website at all. There's nothing worse than blocking a channel because that streamer decided to verbally abuse you publicly on stream, then you block them like you should. Only to find out their twitch stream is still there reminding you that blocking or reporting them will do nothing and change nothing. They still get to appear on my account. Viewcount should ONLY include people who are in the channel Twitch currently allows rampant view-botting because the view count includes embedded twitch apps in external websites. This creates a huge imbalance and unfair playing field for streamers who dont cheat.
Nobody watches streams from external websites. They go there for info on any topic and are automatically counted as a viewer. Just think of the ways this can be exploited. I see it all the time on Twitch.
The biggest way people discover streams is by who has the highest view count. This is a critical number that should be honest.

18+ Tag or Filter 18+ Tag or Filter
Since there is a lot of interest in allowing nudity on Twitch with games and art, it would be best for them to implement a proper 18+ filter or tag allowing the user to clearly see. The mature warning you receive before watching the stream is mostly ignored, so adding some restrictions for users under 18 would help a lot with future streams.

Presumption of innocence Apply the principle of presumption of innocence, as every respectable legal system does. Why, after a copyright claim, do you immediately take down videos or parts of the content or even ban the streames, thus automatically siding with the claimant? Youtube and other services doing this does not make it in any way right. Opt out of stream streaks I saw a chatter say they feel pressured and manipulated by the Twitch "stream streak" notifications, so much so that they deliberately choose to miss occasional streams to end the streak! While this is a very niche case, there should be a setting for such users, which, if they enable it, would make stream streaks entirely disappear from the UI for them so they don't have to worry about it any more.
I would also note that Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok are all actively facing legal pressure over "addictive design", and stream streaks are one feature which might be viewed…

Possibility to report the "Artist" tagged, for going against the DMCA instead of other channels. I am an Artist that makes Emotes and other graphic related stuff, for people on Twitch. I keep seeing how specific profiles steals mine and other Artists works repeatedly, and says it is theirs. We are all tired of running after x amounts of streamer channels on Twitch, contact them, and explain to them that they are using our works without permissions, and that it doesn't belong to the "Artist" they tagged. It is tiresome and infuriating, since it doesn't always end well.
