Warn new streamers of fake donation messages
I started checking out lower viewer count streamers and noticed a trend of groups of people targeting new streamers with fake donation messages.
e.g. Username: has donated $1500.00! :TwitchVotes:
They use the TwitchVotes emote to make the message to make it look legitimate, as it's a Twitch icon with a checkmark. They use these donations to pressure people into doing things, everything from small pranks, to more dangerous stuff, to more sexual requests. It's surprisingly effective, as a lot of these people are non-technical or new to streaming, and feel pressured into doing these dares. I've reported these users, but they don't get banned fast enough.
My suggestion to fix this problem would be some kind of chat banner notification that lets them know that there's no way for them to be receiving donations through twitch outside of an external account like PayPal and that they are fake, and/or detecting these messages and displaying a warning to prevent abuse.
I know people were abusing the /me command to fake donations, and it was changed for the same reason.

Clearly Twitch doesn't care about this situation, it's been going on for a long time and they don't do anything.
