does not appear twitch cares about the new streamers being exploited as it stiill happens repeatedly. the TOS is clear and is the responsibility of the streamer to understand, but this has been a problem for a long time. twitch should provide addition protection to make sure new streamers know they cannot receive donations. not sure if /me is how it is still being done. if so the command should be removed.
