AI HANDLING USER REPORTS NOT WORKING! — Bring Back Human Moderation to Trust & Safety
AI handling user reports is not working properly and is putting the community at very high risk of creating a negative and destructive culture on Twitch. Please ensure that user reports are handled by human moderators only. Whilst AI can assist in flagging obvious moderation issues, trained Trust & Safety people are what makes a platform safe. AI is not the solution to this and will only cost in reputation as well as financially when things go chaotically wrong over time.

I'm gonna try boosting this again, please anybody that sees this. We need to hold them accountable for lack of enforcement of their ToS. Then enforcement in unfair ways simply because of controversy not ToS violations. For example, someone threatens another or a group of people with violence and Twitch does nothing, a person uses a non-slur insult and gets banned for a month. Makes no sense, clearly a breach of the agreement.
People are leaving Twitch and finding better consistency one way or another else where. So if they want to keep the platform somethings gotta change.
