shouts
Streamer shouts are great, but getting bombarded by a ton of streamers with shouts is a bit overwhelming. It would be great to have a filter to allow shouts from a streamer or not, instead of the take it all or leave it, all or nothing. I know many people who follow someone but might not want constant updates from shouts along with the live notifications from all but from some. It would be nice just to have a simple checkbox or toggle to allow shouts per followed streamer maybe.

Or make the option to not have it active actually work. I dont want it. And turning it off in settinga doesn't work. You still get them.

Shouts are super annoying and bugged. I turned off all social notifications including shouts and continue getting notifications. I'm even getting shouts from streamers I don't follow. Been unfollowing nearly every streamer I get a shout from in order to try and stop this and started watching people on other platforms instead of Twitch, that's how annoying this is getting.

Turning off Shouts in iOS app did nothing, I’m still getting notifications. I don’t want notifications from every streamer I follow (who has this feature), I have notifications off for 95% of streamers I follow for a reason.

Seems like nothing about shouts works: the toggle in the notifications settings doesn't turn them off, turning off notifications for a streamer doesn't turn them off, really seems like twitch is begging me to unfollow a bunch of streamers because that's the only way to stop the shouts spam.
At a minimum shouts need to respect the notifications setting for each stream. If I have completely disabled notifications for a stream, that should include shouts.
also, fix the shouts setting in the notifications so that it actually disables shouts. Because as of me writing this, I still get spammed with shouts with that setting turned off.
