Allow Non-Affiliates to have the Rerun Feature again It would be helpful for channels especially NON-Affiliates who want to rebroadcast either their past broadcast stream to bring in more people to the channel or even rebroadcast highlighted content. It would expand the viewership of people because sometimes you can have a rerun playing for a different time-zone than when you stream. so if you would allow NON-Affiliated channels to be allowed the rerun feature again

Customize Stream Download Name It would be nice if there was a way to customize what your stream will be called when you download the MP4 file, like a default format, for instance:
[STREAM NAME]_[DATE] as an option
You could also allow users to customize the date format to their liking. Me, personally, I like just doing 'MM-DD' because I can group them all by year later.

Exporting Videos Needs Better Visual Feedback I'd like for the export function in the dashboard to have improved visual feedback. Currently, there is none (I am using the Desktop version).
And by that I mean:
A progress indicator next to a video that is being exported:
Video is being processed
Export in progress
Export completeThere should also be a marker for which videos have already been marked for export:
When exporting many videos, you have to check titles, thumbnails and/or video length to track which one you already prepared to export.

FPS Style “Latency to broadcaster” Time in the Corner Option to show “Latency to broadcaster” time in the corner Just like FPS counters in games. It’s a pain to always have to open Video Stats up to make sure I’m not 5sec behind. Also please fix the horrible lag every single time I go to @ someone or use emotes.

30fps for 60fps streams Playing streams at 60fps leads to lots of short buffers and regular intrerruptions. Having an option to play 60fps streams at 30fps regardless of whether the streamer only offers the source, should be a feature.

remove replays from LIVE!!! when you go to the "live" section there are some "repetitions" running, this make no sense,
maybe them can have its own category as "repetition"

Increase Highlight Videos Quality When I download a highlighted clip, the video quality is soooooooooo bad. It would be nice to either present us with a few quality options before downloading (Low/Med/High) or just always "prepare" and download a High quality version of the video. In my opinion 9 times out of 10 we're downloading these to perform further edits on them, and it would be great to do so using a high quality source, with the least amount of compression possible.

Video Collection disappears in Layout A Collection on the VideoPage disappears even after refreshing it and SAVING it in the Layout-Manager. After refreshing the Browser the List/Collection is gone! Thats extremely annoying! That function should allow me to highlight my portfolio for example. isnt workin when it never shows up...

Video speed settings and jump forward/backward Dear Twitch team,
Could you please add settings to the video player in the Twitch mobile app or web for mobile devices allowing user to increase video speed (1.25, 1.5, 2 times) of past broadcasts (VODs) as it is possible on the web for desktops?

Game Filters in Clips Hi, I want to request a feature that add a "game filter" for the channel clips, this is really important for mods who makes recopilations for the streamer and is usefull for the "normal" user who is just watching clips of his favourite streamer because would make it more comfortable. Problem with Clipping I've noticed recently that when I am open in my stream manager and use the clip button it doesn't always work. I clipped two things from my stream last night and now they aren't appearing in my clips even though I watched it say it got clipped during the stream. Has anyone else had this problem?

Error feedback for Clip creation page The current error message on the Clip Creation Page is not helpful at all. It is a frustrating waste of time/effort to spend a couple minutes trimming a clip, rewatching it, and titling it only to receive this error that provides zero insight into why it occurred or how to fix it. Able to trim a Highlight please! For dumb people like me who trim a world record run with the wrong start and 5 extra minutes at the start. Why can't we trim more once it becomes a highlight?

Unable to edit reruns while streaming The new dashboard doesn't allow to edit the list of reruns while streaming. Therefore, I need to completely stop my rerun, waste some minutes preparing the new list and then start the rerun again. The previous dashboard didn't lock up the rerun list while streaming.

A feature to pause a stream then resume at 1.25x speed to catch up with the broadcaster. For times when you need to go to the restroom, get a phone call or anything really. Being able to catch up on what you've missed would be great I feel.

The ability to add Clips of your channel, to a Collection you've made. I have a lot of funny clips of my channel made by viewers, It would be nice if I could add them to my Funny Moments collection, without having to manually make their clip into a highlight. I would like to give the person credit for making the clip.

Add RSS Feeds for Past Broadcasts, Highlight VODS, Clips and Channel Feed Posts. Please add in RSS Feeds for easy syndication into blogs, twitter and other platforms.
Create RSS Feeds for each of the following sections for channels:
Past Broadcasts
Highlight VODS
Clips from your Channel
Channel Feed PostsAnother one that maybe very useful is the last 10 or 20 chat messages from your channel or vod playbacks.
