  1. This would be a nice accessibility feature to include on PC for users with worsened eyesight. It would also be beneficial to users with limited monitor space (who also want to have the chat up) or who are watching multiple streams at a time and may want to adjust their zoom level to improve their view.
The benefit of this feature would likely also extend to Twitch in general, as it creates an opportunity to delight users by granting them a little more control over their UI.

The greatest con of this feature would be if the zoom would be…

  2. After a certain amount of likes and dislikes for clips in the Feed section of the mobile app, I get stuck with the same 1-3 channels and it doesn’t change off of them unless I close the app completely. This doesn’t seem benificial for discoverability overall. A suggestion I have is to force clips from new channels after seeing the same channel(s) within 3-4 clips. Other ideas on solutions to this would be appreciated, but being stuck on the same channels does appear to be an issue.

  3. After viewing a clip, the next suggested clip will be the most viewed clip in that category. In the Art category, this usually means being suggested a pretty spicy thumbnail whether or not you have watched a clip from a spicy channel. With the latest TOS update this suggested clips feature has further made sharing clips from the Twitch link inaccessible to more "family friendly" art streams.

I was wondering if Twitch could utilize stream tags to divert suggested clip content to each side of the art category- this way the clip fits the audience better. Example: if a stream has a…

  4. As someone who enjoys watching Twitch streams before bedtime, I've encountered the frustration of waking up hours later, only to find that my battery has run out and a different stream is still running due to a raid.

I wanted a feature that lets me set a timer for the stream to stop playing after a chosen duration, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without waking up to unintended streams.

  5. Right now, when you click the username of the person who created a clip in the "clips of your channel" overview, it links to that person's own clips page on their channel. These users often aren't streamers, and either way it's not particularly relevant to go to clips of another channel when reviewing your own channel's clips. Instead, I propose that clicking the user name should bring up the user card for that person, so you can confirm if they are following you or their previous chat history, which is much more relevant information if you need to check if…

  6. I propose that mute be continuously displayed prominently (not superimposed), and that all volume below 100% be displayed prominently when first tuning into each stream.

Multiple times, I've complained to streamers that their mic volume was low or even muted when my own volume was at fault. My interruptions have broken streamers' flow and attention, and in one case even caused them to redline/clip their mic!

When the volume starts out low I'll adjust my own volume, even past normal, then sometimes deal with (or complain about) substandard audio quality.

Also, I'll often mute a DJ to check out a…

  7. I sometimes wish to stay updated with the channels I follow while I'm in theatre mode, which requires me to exit theatre mode. This is just a small annoyance which also get's rid of my immersion.

Yes, I can use hotkeys to quickly switch but that doesn't always work due to the Alt key requirement, besides most people use Alt for other things.

Suggestion: show the following icons/or bar when hovering over the left side of the screen. Sync the timing with the title and buttons on the bottom that show when you move your mouse on screen. I'd suggest…

  8. We should be able to sort clips by most recent and/or oldest. Not just the "last so many days" feature, but all clips from all time, just sorted by other ways than just "most viewed."

I was trying to find a clip of my own that may or may not have been made about 2 months ago to share with someone, but I couldn't find it. I had to give up after several minutes of searching. If I could have sorted the way I'm suggesting, I would have located it much quicker or at least been able to determine it…

  9. Allow Twitch Users to resize/reposition their Twitch Name on video clips. Depending on if you go for full or split, the twitch user name can block parts of the video clip that should be seen. Thx.

  10. You make no effort to tell new streamers that we can save our streams to always be watchable. I just lost an ENTIRE podcast episode over 1 hour long because of your confusing and quite frankly HORRIBLE interface. If there was a way to recover your old streams this wouldn't be an issue, but you make 0 effort to even tell us we can do this or provide a way to recover streams. If you can help me recover it then email me, you have my info. But, as of right now I'm incredibly embarrassed and disappointed because you made…

  11. Most stream control buttons have a popup info when the mouse is hovering over them. This includes for example the pause/play, mute, settings and full screen buttons.
Could this feature be added to the volume slider percentage aswell?
Currently the slider doesn't the value while hovering, only when the value is adjusted by the mouse.

  12. The highlight editor is a much nicer tool to make a stack of Clips with in the first place.

I don't have many making clips of stuff I do on my channel.
But scrubbing content to turn into clips my self is a lotta work, compared to just making a stack of 30-40 seconds length highlights from easy set marker points made during the stream.
But highlights don't benefit from the recent changes to Clips...
So it would benefit my workflow and time greatly if the highlight editor could also just make the short highlight as Clips instead.

  13. Clips appear to be broken for some channels but not others. Sometimes you can edit the timeline then it post an errors, then other times it will not even load the Clip segment to edit. I have tested this on some channels dozens of times on a single creator and Twitch code refuses to load, also tested on multiple Browsers to no effect.

  15. The clip editing system is sensational. It saves time and also money, as there are websites that require you to pay to do this service.
But I believe there are still some "simple" tools that will help a lot.
    - Cut the clip. There are some clips that you are not interested in at the beginning or end of it, but there is no trim option. With that in mind, the cutting tool would be interesting, which allows you to cut the video timeline and edit it however you want (only in the clip, obviously).
    - Option to customize my…

The only way to change the order of the videos in a collection is currently by hand. This is a very difficult task when the number of videos becomes large.
I would like it to be possible to change the order automatically without having to do it manually.
For example, "oldest first", "newest first", "by name", etc.
    Thank you in advance.

  17. I do not know where to post the problem of the videos content, so I pose it here.
Without age limit mark, some streamers directly use hateful speech and bad language or play voilent game in their stream. I don't feel comfortable with this. I love stream but this voilence problem keeps me away from Twitch. I know most of streamers follow this rule, but I still have to found these problem steams when I choose the live stream I like.
Pleae give us cleaner stream environment without violence. Youtube does it well. Why can't Twitch?
    Thank you very much!

  18. I am an Editor for some broadcasters and whenever I create a clip on their channel, by default the "Feature this clip" checkbox is checked. This is a very weird default to me (Featured clips should be more of a rarity than a common thing you want to do all the time) and I've featured multiple clips by mistake because I forgot to uncheck it. Please uncheck this box by default or allow us to do so through a setting in our account.

  19. Before a stream loads, the Theatre Mode button shows next to the Full Screen button. As the stream loads, the Picture-in-Picture button replaces it causing a user to select the Picture-in-Picture button instead of the Theatre Mode. My suggestion on this fix would be to match the buttons displayed before and after load. For example, reading left to right; Start Casting, Clip, Reset Player, Picture-in-Picture, Settings, Theatre Mode, Full Screen.

  20. Dear Twitch Support,

I've discovered a potential privacy issue where unpublished VODs are accessible through Incognito mode (or when logged out) by directly accessing the URL: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/{id}.

I encountered a few instances where VODs, presumably unpublished by their creators (as indicated by deactivated clips and their absence in the "Past Broadcasts" section), were still accessible. It's important to note that deleted VODs do not present this issue; attempting to access a deleted VOD redirects to the "time machine" page, as expected.

This situation suggests that unpublished VODs are not being fully restricted from public access under certain conditions. For…
