content classification Labels are terrible The new Content Classification labels are lacking in nuance and provide more harm than good.
As opposed to a general "This stream is intended for mature audience and may include content inappropriate for general audiences" You've instead provided people with weapons to attack streamers with unless they flag their stream as inappropriate for everyone. Feedback/Suggestion I would like to request for a feature to merge vods from the creator dashboard. I am suggesting this idea because I do face issues with streaming based on my current tech and so I do have times where my stream crashes and I have to restart my stream. So at the very least it would be nice to merge the vod so others from my community can watch my stream in a single vod and not have to change out. Punish Simulcasting (multistream) streamers As twitch terms and conditions changed in June, all streamers cannot do Simulcasting (multistream). However, not only revenue-generating streamers, but also many streamers are Simulcasting (multistream) without prior permission from Twitch.
Why aren't streamers who are simulcasting (multistream) in violation of the terms and conditions punished?
We ask that streamers who are generating revenue be immediately terminated and temporarily suspended for violating the terms and conditions.
Also, please add Simulcasting (multistream) to your reporting categories.
Change the terms again to allow Simulcasting (multistream) only for regular streamers and prohibit Simulcasting (multistream) for monetized streamers.3 votes -
whisper scambots When whisper scambots [click link to lose steam credentials] are reported and confirmed to be scambots, twitch should contact the link site registrar and report abuse to stop new bot accounts continuing to spam that site.
Also whispers should have reported & confirmed links filtered so the whisper isn't delivered.

Give voices for unjust / unfair banning or suspension Considering the blacklist of users can be shared to other channels, it is highly possible that it can be misused and lead to unjust banning or suspension by the channels that are not related to users' past offence. This is discriminatory treatments for those users, and it is unjust. An example is suspension of users due to racial or sexual slurs, while the streamers are the one who say it first or goad the users to it.
And what if from the start those users were banned or suspended unfairly, and their past "violations" are still recorded in that list?…

Sans-serif fonts Twitch's default font does not use serifs. Serifs are important for distinguishing I's from l's. For instance, if you can easiIy teIl which of the lowercase L's are or are not repIaced with uppercase i's in this sentence, you're almost definitely using a screen reader. Proper customer support and moderation of illegal content Quite simple. Proper moderation of content and people that allegedly Break ToS i.e. by breaking laws in a multitude of countries. why are some channels that are spitting hatred against people of a particular skincolor, Religion, nationality etc. not removed from this Platform, even after years and multiple complains etc.
Inciting violence is not free speach but a crime in most countries.And offering a proper contact form like idk any other company? Cant be that hard can it?

Designated support team for streamers being bullied with ToS strikes without actually breaking ToS Hello, I have felt like there are a few things that have been concerning for small streamers in regards to some of the ways their account/channels in particular have been handled. - users are not told why you are banned, but you get to see the last 5 messages you sent.
- users only get a small number of characters for their unban appeal, which may not be enough.
- users are not told if OR WHY their appeal is denied

ilegal casinos still running and twitch is closing the eyes on their own TOS's.. I have previously submitted reports on over 20+ Portuguese streamers and Iive streams who are engaging in the use of unregulated, illegal casinos in Portugal. Some even demonstrate how to employ a VPN to circumvent country restrictions. Unfortunately, Twitch seems to be disregarding these reports and continues to permit these streamers to promote and participate in these illicit and fraudulent casino activities. It's disheartening.
Apparenty the "trick" to not be banned is not saving the VOD or clips....

Adding Distractive Driving to the list for reporting a stream. When reporting a stream, there is no specific choice for reporting a streamer who is interacting with chat while driving. Distractive Driving needs to be added to the list, so it's clear.

Unreasonable suspension against Traditional Chinese community 對於繁體中文社群的不合理停權 For the pass couple of months Traditional Chinese community has been suffering from unreasonable suspension by typing in chat which hasn't violate the "hateful conduct and harassment" from twitch community guidelines. Suspension reasons contains hateful speech, sexual harassment, etc.
For example, cursing in Chinese might have get you banned for 7 days plus, but the same meaning in English or other language will not get punished. Certain user even recieve suspension from chatting topics which is "related to streaming content" that has hardly even reach the boundries of communities guidelines.
It's literally taking weeks or months to get any feedback…

Inconsistant Bans/Suspensions of Partnered Streamers made into Social Media Memes and Viral marketing ploys. The issue I have is the constant misuse of the Terms of Services that Twitch uses for channels. I have been seeing favoritism in constant suspensions and de-suspensions of this user for quite some time. Constantly this user has disregarded the ToS of Twitch time and time again. 7 Bans are made public but merely they are short lived suspensions.

Include Gender Conversion Therapy Ban in Community Guidelines The community guidelines currently prohibit the encouragement, the use of, or generally endorsing sexual orientation conversion therapy.
This is good, but I would also like to see the same things being prohibited for gender conversion therapy.
Transgender people - especially youth - are often forced to undergo conversion therapy by their parents, their religion, etc, in order to force them to stop being trans. Just like sexual orientation conversion therapy, this does not work and actually harms the person undergoing it.

Users need tools to report Abusive mods or contest Reports against them Users need to know when Mods have reported them, banned them (even by accident) or placed them on Shared ban info lists to be able to contests them and fight against abusive mods.

Improved batch reporting The batch reporting tool is a good start, but it's not very useful. Please add a select all option and enable us to select a single report reason and add details to report all users at once instead of having to select each and every user. It's extremely tedious and time consuming when trying to report dozens or even hundreds or thousands of bots.

Emote Appeal System Needed There should be an appeal system when it comes to emotes getting rejected.
There has been multiple times where I paid to get an emote created, and made sure beforehand that it wasn't going against the guidelines. Yet they give a general reason, but it doesn't align. Allowing one person's perception to be the only answer isn't right.

Stop the ability to make bots Stop allowing all these channel bots to be created by users. They offer no viewer count and do nothing for channel growth. Its bad enough you can get banned for using follower and viewer bot services but these bots never get banned for being A BOT.
