Chat Identity Add the user’s profile picture next to their username in chat. This would improve chat identity, reduce impersonation, and make community interaction feel more personal—especially for streamers with large audiences.

Please have an option to hide percentage when using the Poll feature. Often I see people don't take polls seriously by often picking the least popular option and end up having 50/50 percent when the poll ends. Having the poll hide the percent until after the poll time ends should prevent this. At least make this an option for the streamer and their mods to hide or allow percent to be shown during an active poll.

Uncensor/un-moderate "preemie" The term "preemie" is flagged by Twitch's auto-mod in chat and other fields (stream title, live notification, etc.). "Preemie" refers to a premature infant. It came to my attention that this word is flagged on Twitch because I've been fundraising for the organization Preemies of the Carolinas, first as part of the Together for Good event. Being flagged is a challenge when I'm trying to communicate to my community and others what effort we're trying to support.

Randomized Clip Username Twitch could add a "Randomized Clip Username" setting in the Security & Privacy tab. This feature would allow users to display a random username or a nickname on clips instead of their real Twitch username, enhancing privacy. Users can enable it optionally and choose between a random username or a custom nickname. Streamers and moderators can still ban clip creators using the hidden real account information, maintaining fairness.

Allow audio-only DJ streams on cellphones In the DJ Program FAQ it mentions "Additionally, viewers on mobile are able to watch DJ streams, except the option for Audio Only listening will be disabled due to program requirements." https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/dj-program-faq
Please advocate to change this with the labels and/or if its solely Twitch's decision, please reverse this.
I can understand the wobbly logic that led to this being part of the program (live sync'd audio with a visual performance; no jukeboxes; no radios. Therefore, dont allow audio-only streams) however in practice this does nothing to achieve those ends.

Need more security and safety for new people in chats I'm feeling threatened and I'm unsafe on the streaming platform by other streamers that don't appreciate me and her chat that basically want me to get some money when I don't work or anything right now and they're not giving me respect and they just want to ban me from a chance like I had one from Sweden that basically did not unrestricted me from her chat when I was talking with her on discord about it and she restricted me and then banned me from her chat trying to say sorry to everybody there needs to be some changes…

Add confirmation and notification when receiving a Mod role When giving the Mod role to a follower, the role is automatically added. The person receiving the role is not required to confirm nor receives notifications.
Being a Mod is generally seen as being associated to the channel, and can therefore lead to abuse, for example in case of controversies/controversial channels.
I suggest to add one additional step to how mods are assigned, that requires the recipient user to accept the role.
If this cannot be easily implemented (because it would, for example, break how Mod bots are configured for a channel), I suggest a clear notification should at least…

Hasanabi must be permanently banned from Twitch Hasan has regularly called for violence against political opponents, and continues to violate Twitch Terms of Service. All viewers are banned through Bug. My viewers are being banned. I can no longer generate any new followers because ALL new followers are being banned. We have already tried with old accounts and with other larger streamers, but everyone is still being banned. I have sent several tickets via the help desk and each time received an automated response saying that this error does not exist and that everything is normal. Now it has even reached the point where my mods are being banned.

Make an option for Select VODs to be sub only An improvement that i think would be good for both content creators and people who sub to their favorite streamer is having an option to make specific VODs sub only. the current system is all VODs require a sub or no VODs will be sub only, which for certain creators kind of defeats any possible incentives/purpose around doing things for subscribers. I know this isn't youtube, but having the option would benefit more people then you think.

Better revision to reports for the bots who only emoji the chat Problem with new bots which only send an emote to the chat...
For several weeks now, I have been seeing a new type of bot which only send an emoji to the chat.
This bots looks "harmless" but can be worst than spammer bots, because reports and reclaim on reports with no action are denied, so they stay in Twitch.
