Add confirmation and notification when receiving a Mod role
When giving the Mod role to a follower, the role is automatically added. The person receiving the role is not required to confirm nor receives notifications.
Being a Mod is generally seen as being associated to the channel, and can therefore lead to abuse, for example in case of controversies/controversial channels.
I suggest to add one additional step to how mods are assigned, that requires the recipient user to accept the role.
If this cannot be easily implemented (because it would, for example, break how Mod bots are configured for a channel), I suggest a clear notification should at least be in place
