Twitch's Community Guidelines regarding Sexual Conduct in 2023 These aspects of the guidelines seem incongruent with the interests of a younger audience, potentially exposing them to content that may not be suitable for their age group.

Raise the minimum streaming age to 18 Twitch recently changed their content policy to allow more leniency around sexual content. Given the rampant child exploitation issues that have plagued Twitch for years, combined with the fact that Twitch allows children as young as 13 years old to stream on the platform, there is a serious concern that these changes could give child predators additional opportunities for harm.

Stop giving sexually explicit streamers special treatment and get rid of that content Twitch has become known for giving sexually explicit streamers not only special treatment when it comes to moderation but when it comes to rule enforcement as well. Vague rules on Private SErvers, "Other streaming platforms" "Piracy" the new rules are very vague, suggesting that if I stream Neverwinter (DOS, the original MMO from the 90s) via private server than I am a filthy pirate and playing it illegally and should have my twitch account deleted and locked up in jail. Or that we aren't allowed to stream playthroughs of games on PSPLUs/Gamepass because that's another streaming service.
Ya, I own 10k+ games acrossed multiple platforms (STeam, UPLay, Epic, Xbox , Sony, Nintendo) . so this is laughable to me.

Sexual Content Verification and Consent Revision With the new Sexual Content and Content Classification rules allowing a greater amount of erotic dances and photography, will there be a way to verify user ages and their consent? I suspect this will need to be revised and implemented, else you could have people coerced into doing erotic dances for subs.

Better enforcement in specific "safe" categories, send users with Sexual Content to their correct category. Please apply a little enforcement on Sexual Content users using incorrect categories such as "Just Chatting" when they should be using "Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches" for example.

Artistic Nudity and Clipping With Twitch's new sexual content policy changes I wanted to know how will this affect some streamers who aren't labeled as sexual content when they get raided by someone who shows artistic nudity?
There is a feature some streamers have where when they are raided by someone a bot automatically shows a random clip from that persons stream. (Although personally I think that feature is already a bad idea)
Will they get penalized if that random clip just happens to feature artistic nudity?

Twitch rules need clarifaction of acceptable content from male streamers. Twitch is starting to fall apart. I'm a guy, does this mean i can stream on web cam shirtless? As long as i label as adult content? What about just in my boxers?
Twitch needs to focus on what twitch is about, gaming and making content. If you want to do only fan stuff, then make an only fans.
If you're going to have an adult section of twitch make it accessible only to 18+ and keep the two content separate.

Just chatting sexual Can we have a separate version on just chatting for sexualy explicit content, whenever viewing the just chatting tab it's nothing but sexually explicit things. Minimum age requirement I think that the minimum age requirement to create an account should be 18 yrs old. If you are going to start allowing women who are naked on stream, but have the camera cut off at their ****, to be able to dance provocatively. Then the minimum age to create/have an account on your site should be 18! You also need a better way to confirm someone is 18, other than just clicking a button to confirm they want to see mature content. Require an account/login to view channel & remove banned users from followers! Please require an account to view a stream. Banned users are just logging out to view streams now.
