Filter out obvious erroneous song detections A simple check will allow many erroneous DMCA "muted audio" events from ever happening. This simple check:
- Are there multiple detected songs?
- Are they ALL at exactly 3:00?
If so then they CANNOT be legitimate detections - after all how can you have multiple songs at the same time, and always, without fail, occuring at precisely 3:00?

Time to end unaffordable censorship No more censorship of nudity or sexual content. It's too expensive and when hundreds of Twitch staff lose their jobs it is no longer an affordable priority. Just say no to finger wagging and beat downs over bare breasts.

Vtuber s not being able to be on homepage due to new guideline’s Ok so I think for vtuber you should make it so they can still be on the homepage because it’s kinda unfair how they have to label their stuff as sexual content when there really isn’t anything sexual about it, it’s just relaxing sounds to sleep to so that’s all if you can do this thank you

They need there own category to be required to be in. Streams with someone shaking their buttocks in the camera should not be allowed in categories such as Art. I am sick of seeing preview images of them in channel lists. It is disgusting. We should have a choice in whether we see that or not.

Electroshock and Other Torture Electroshock is really macabre for channel content. It can also be dangerous. In my opinion, TOS should discourage electroshock for channel content, especially when streamers may feel pressured into these harmful activities by viewers. It's just not worth it. It definitely turns me off to hear streamers scream from the discomfort. There must be some pretty sick viewers out there to get their kicks out of causing streamers pain, especially the macabre pain of electroshock. Why is it that Twitch is so concerned about the nudity in games. And yet you have nude and naked streams being allowed and being promoted to the top of the view this.

managing non-art nudity: separation of categories hi twitch, i was managing my own clips in creator dashboard and at the end of all my clips, 2 streams popped up as recommendation in Just Chatting (as i was managing my Just Chatting clips) and were both from the same creator; the thumbnails were of her naked with her legs and chest exposed (but nipples out of screen). i was slightly taken aback, you know, as my monitor is huge, and it is 4am, and i was not ready to see such nudity while casually editing clips and unwinding from a stream.

Requesting further ability to block stream-sniping trolls Not sure about other games, but for Halo: Master Chief Collection, there is a clique of trolls that hack the game, and sadistically DDoS streamers consistently. They can get a player's IP even if masked, VPN's work but the latency is already bad enough as it is.
It's disconcerting every time I see a player with a new account, they have no issues creating new, free accounts every time they get banned.
-They spoof gamertags/screennames, then fly around maps to force other, random players to search the spoofed names to report them (and get them banned).

Ensure viewers see the content they want on Homepage With the update to the guidelines, users are now prevented from seeing content with safety tags on them. While this is a great step to make Twitch safer, it's not ideal for many of-age users and streamers. I propose that we could ensure viewers still receive appropriate recommendations by allowing them to consent to the tags they're comfortable with seeing on their Homepage when they're setting up their account and in settings so that they can also easily retract consent. have the sexual themes for only video games and drawings i keep coming across people on my feed under just chatting sexualizing the platform because of these new tags for sexual content. last i checked this website wasnt for soft core **** or any likes of that. with games and drawings im fine with but having irl people doing these things stretching the guidelines and seeing how far they can get with nudity is horrible. at least give us users the option to not view channels that have the tags on. yes we no longer see the stuff on the main page but the channel names and that like AMOURANTH…

Changes that do need to happen to better the platform Honestly if you have a thriving community and get suspended you can't interact with anyone at all. You are yanked out from your freinds and no real way to communitate unless you have other platforms. This can be very damaging and can be dangerous for the individual. The process of appeal or the way suspentions are given give you no feedback or redemption literlaly removing the individuals freedom of speach. Pausing "recent vod", but vod starts playing for some reason. If i go to an offline channel and go to videos tab, and If the recent vod is playing I will pause it. After few seconds it will start autoplaying without me clicking on anything. It is extremely annoying when I want to look at clips or something else, this has been happening for months, and no extensions.

While it was sad to see the Artistic Nudity policy get rolled back due to abuse, I do believe it can be brought back with a clearer definition and key restrictions in place.
I have a framework of the policy that I think can be useful.
Artistic Nudity Guidelines
"Artistic Nudity" refers to nude artwork, i.e. Nude art that does not feature or detail genitals of either sex/gender and female subjects with exposed breasts or nipples.

Ways to possibly allow artistic nudity again I understand that with AI that it became difficult to tell the difference between digital art and photography. Since that seemed to be the greatest source of issues, it seems like the best concession might be to disallow photo realistic nudity until a time when the difference between photo realistic AI art and photography can be more easily identified. Outside of that, I would say requiring explicit and age appropriate tags and making it so you have to opt in to see adult media in the setting should be enough to allow artistic nudity. Most art sites have a stipulation of "if we can't tell, it's treated as real." The current flip flop is just going to confuse people and cause undue stress and accidental violations by people meaning well.

Number the policy/guidelines and having clear details in enforcement emails I have recommendations that not only helps users, but more importantly protect TWITCH itself.
- Number the policies into clear enforceable points(e.g. policy SC-2b-iv)
- In enforcement emails, show clear timestamps that shows the violation and quote the policy number violated using the numbering above.
Making the policy itself is a difficult, intricate task which requires multi-faceted considerations that may be obscure to the general user. Thus I trust twitch has qualified specialists for the actual policy creation. Allow Female Presenting Breasts/nipples There's nothing inherently wrong with women (including those who identify as women and female presenting people) with having breasts/nipples.
We all as humans have nipples. Just because someone is a woman, that does not mean she should be required to cover herself while men are allowed to be shirtless without them being shamed for it.
