1. gambling +advert

I've been getting spammed by three different gambling companies during a campaign of massively increased advert airtime.

Straight up no. I don't mind adverts, but gambling is a hard scam targeted at persons of less affluent cognition, with an adictive *****. Being in bed with gambling and less moral conduct is one of the main differences between you and KICK.

This weekend it's hard ad block time. Figure it out.

2. The audio and video in live streams are not in sync in the Android TV app.

As of July 7, 2026, the audio and video for live streams are not in sync on my end. I’m using Android TV (Model: BRAVIA VH1).

3. Bring back an improved version of Host Mode as a safer “Live Event Host” feature for community events

Bring back an improved version of Host Mode as a safer “Live Event Host” feature for community events.

I’d like Twitch to reconsider bringing back channel hosting, not necessarily in the exact same form as the old Host Mode, but as a redesigned feature that solves the problems Twitch identified when it was removed.

I understand why the original Host Mode had issues. If viewers were watching a hosted stream on another channel’s page, they might not understand where they were, which chat they were in, who they were supporting, or how to interact with the actual live streamer. It could also create moderation concerns if a large channel suddenly exposed a smaller channel to an audience they were not prepared to handle. Those are real concerns.

But the answer should be to improve hosting, not remove a powerful community tool entirely.

A major use case that is currently underserved is local esports and fighting game community events. At many fighting game locals, there may be 20+ players attending who all stream individually and average 5–15 viewers each. The tournament stream might only have 5 viewers because everyone’s regular audiences are split across personal channels, Discords, and offline pages. Those players are physically at the event, competing in the bracket, and supporting the tournament, but they have no good way to send their viewers to the official event stream unless they are actively live and use a raid.

That creates a weird outcome: the community is gathered in one real-world place, but the Twitch audience is fragmented or lost. The event stream could easily have 150+ viewers if everyone could easily expose the event stream to their viewers but there is no straight forward way to do so right now.

A redesigned hosting feature could fix this while also addressing Twitch’s original concerns:

   1. Hosted viewers should be routed into the hosted channel’s chat, not the host channel’s chat.
1a. If I host a tournament stream, my viewers should be watching and chatting in the tournament channel’s chat, with the tournament channel’s moderators, rules, AutoMod settings, follower/subscriber settings, and safety tools.

   2. Hosting should require consent or pre-approval from the hosted channel.
2a. Channels could choose who is allowed to host them. For example, an event organizer could approve attending players, commentators, venue staff, or partner communities before the event starts.
2b. You could even utilize the "Knock" feature where people wouldn't have to go live but could ask permission to host and the event stream can approve the host.

   3. Add an “Event Host Mode” for tournaments, charity streams, conventions, and community events.
3a. The event stream could create an approved host list or event code. Approved channels could display the official event stream while they are offline or attending the event.

   4. Make the viewer experience obvious.
4a. The page should clearly say: “You are watching [Event Channel], hosted by [Streamer].”
4b. The follow, subscribe, chat, raid credit, and viewer credit should all point to the live event channel. This removes the confusion that existed with old Host Mode.

   5. Give small channels safety controls.
5a. Hosted channels should be able to set limits such as: allow hosts only from approved channels, cap host exposure from unapproved channels, require verified accounts to chat during large host spikes, or automatically enable stricter moderation when host traffic exceeds a threshold.

   6. Track host-driven discovery without inflating fake engagement.
6a. Twitch could separate “hosted viewers” from normal viewers in analytics if needed. That would address the concern that hosted viewers are not always fully organic while still letting community events benefit from real discovery.

This would be especially valuable for fighting game locals, small esports scenes, LAN events, speedrunning events, charity events, music events, tabletop events, and creator meetups. These communities often depend on many small creators working together. Right now, Twitch has raids for when a stream ends and Suggested Channels for passive offline recommendations, but there is no strong tool for “I am part of this live event right now; send my audience to the official stream.”

Please consider bringing back hosting as a modern, safer, consent-based feature. The old Host Mode had problems, but the underlying need is still real: Twitch communities need better ways to combine fragmented audiences around shared live events.

It… more

5. Twitch "Be you as long as its the you we approve of"

Twitch has this mind set, they want you to cultivate and be yourself but limit you as much as possible by creating this rules that even twitch doesn't follow.

do you know that there are streamers who build their whole brand around sex work that are partners and have fansly in their titles yet haven't been banned

do you know that if you get suspended or banned you cannot argue a case cause twitch will auto delete your vod

the guidelines say no sexual content yet a partner of twitch has Fansly in their title every stream, twitch says no nudity yet they have streamers who paint there glutes green and make it a green screen to display gameplay. Yet if you mention the word OF or fansly they auto detect that and suspend you cause someone in your VC mentioned their side hustle cause twitch will never think to expand their platform to keep artist and streamers here no wonder everyone is going to kick

6. TWITCH DO BETTER

   TWITCH DO BETTER

Lets start with I am a streamer who was banned not once but twitch one due to a wardrobe malfunction and the second because I mention another streaming platform I use. I followed the steps like everyone else and mention to them it was a malfunction but since it was consider sexual in nature they auto delete the vods and erase all evidence that can be used to appeal. This is suspension within itself but they hold the record regardless.

My idea Keep the VOD so we can review our self's and determine if we at fault for what was an issue

Make an 18+ area or a restricted area. Twitch we know you are greedy so make an 18+ area where streamers can create and be more explicit with their content they make.

Stop being bias to partners of twitch cause if a streamer can display their naked Vtuber model on stream have fansly in their title and not get banned or suspended that shows bias and isn't fair to those smaller creators just copying or following the lead of a partner.

7. Allow Lead Moderators or Editors to access Broadcaster's Twitch Alerts

It would be really fun to be given the option for our Editors or Lead Mods to be able to surprise broadcasters, and their communities, with new alerts. We do this already on my stream using StreamLabs, but we plan to migrate entirely away from their alerts system onto Twitch's own. It'd be great if we had that capability with Twitch's Alerts as well.

8. Better Wellness Features for Streamers and Viewers

Spending long hours streaming or watching content can make it difficult to stay active. It would be great if Twitch introduced optional wellness reminders, such as stretch breaks, hydration notifications, or short movement prompts that users could enable during long sessions.

Even a simple reminder every hour could encourage healthier habits without interrupting the viewing experience. Streamers could also choose to display wellness prompts for their communities, helping promote a more balanced lifestyle.

I've been trying to stay active between work and screen time, and using Domyos fitness equipment (https://thedomyos.com/) for short workout sessions has made it much easier to fit exercise into my daily routine.

Hello, my suggestion would be to create a second editor role, like Editor Plus or Head, that includes all the rights of the owner without requiring the owner to provide their account details. It's very annoying that I always have to ask the owner for something because I can't do it with the HeadMod editor. Dear Twitch team, could this be implemented? Thanks!

13. Prevent gifted subs to specific tiers

I think streamers should be able to restrict certain tiers of subscriptions from being gifted. Many streamers I know restrict certain information to their higher tier subscribers and have certain rewards and conversations that are meant to be for people who want to support them more than a Tier 1 or Prime sub. I've personally seen a few instances of bad actors being gifted a Tier 3 subscription and abusing the perks involved to harass the streamer or leak sensitive information they should not have had access to. Some viewers think that they are supporting a streamer more by gifting higher tiers but this can allow random people who may act maliciously with their subscription benefits to enter the streamers community, when the alternative could just be giving the same amount of money with Bits. Please allow streamers to choose whether or not higher Tier subscriptions are able to be gifted. It would at least be helpful to prevent RANDOM gifted Tier 3 subscriptions, and to require a specific recipient be named.

instant suspension or ban against the streamer who let their chatters harass another person while he is let them doing it without a ban, or time out just because is funny to him and he is doing the same, some chatters only make fun about the woman body or their mental health and when people report, we have to wait for so long time just to see they still streaming like if nothing happen. 15. release Vidaa app on OS Version 3.5U too

I am able to install the Twitch app on my newer Vidaa tv (an Hisense one) running Vidaa v9, which is the latest one, but I am not able to install it on my older tv running Vidaa OS 3.5U, which is a 2019 tv model.

I was able to test the app by using the Web App Tester app, which by giving the Twitch tv web app url (ryxjogfhxnvjuptmzkhk.tv.twitch.tv) loads the app successfully. I'm only having issues regarding playing some streams, asking me to reload the page, but everything else is working fine.

Can you have a look at it, would be a great addition being able to watch my favored streamers on this older tv too. Thanks!

20. Increased search features for browsing streams

Increased search features for browsing streams .eg. multiple tag refinement and filter out keywords or games.

Filtering by multiple tags would allow to search all streams using particular language as well as specific tags like comfy/variety/chatty etc.

And filtering out would allow to reduce results by removing games or tags you're not interested in.
