Utter Garbage Support
1) Guides are not update on "how to block streamers"
2) My case was redirected to a random non related case.
3) They stayed on the random thread like a bot and didn't go back to my original thread/case number.
4) They never see the screenshot i sent.
5) I had to redirect them back to the original thread.
This "support" is a joke.
