Vod Censor command Some streamers have to delete a whole VOD just because of something that breaks TOS or because they leak something.
Maybe a command that the broadcaster can type in his chat to censor the last couple of minutes of the vod making it impossible to be clipped or re watched.
For Example:
a stream leaks his address.

A feature to pause a stream then resume at 1.25x speed to catch up with the broadcaster. For times when you need to go to the restroom, get a phone call or anything really. Being able to catch up on what you've missed would be great I feel.

Resizable/Moveable mini-player Ability to move the mini player window around and resize it when you scroll down the screen. It's current positioning gets in the way of some panels.

Video Processing Would there be a way to optimize the upload of videos from your end? It seems like both the Upload and Processing times of the new service seems greatly reduced. Also, not having a loading bar for the processing to take place is slightly irritating as someone who wants to use this feature.

More flexibility for Reruns playlists I would like to be able to add videos as the Rerun is going, so I don't have to stop the queue and interrupt the stream. This was possible when it was the Vodcast feature. In addition, being able to rearrange the order. You can click any video in the queue and start fresh from that point, so it should be possible to move them around and confirm the new order at the very least. Searching a video within a channel For now, the video section of a channel only highlight the latest ones or show them all depending on some filters.
What about having a search engine? In my case, I'm syncing over 1700 videos from a Youtube channel et on the frontend or backend of the channel there's no way to search for a specific video to, for example, modify things, check stats, etc.

Make Uploaded videos more visible Right now Twitch's interface makes uploaded videos almost invisible. In order to find uploaded videos, you either have to find them at the bottom of the search results or, when in a specific game, you need to go to a separate "uploaded" videos tab.
While I do not want to suggest specifically stealing from Youtube, I think an interface redesign needs to be considered to make uploaded videos more visible. I think that the focus should be on what's live, but that there should still be quite a bit of visibility added to the uploaded videos in both search results…

Ability to upload CC/subtitle files The ability to have closed captioned and subtitled videos. Twitch wouldn't need to have a closed captioning system, just the option to upload a CC file (i.e SubRip, SubViewer, RealText, etc) and preferably to be able to maintain the more advanced files' caption positioning.

Don't send "channel went live" e-mail notifications when Vodcasts starts When a channel starts a Vodcast followers shouldn't get an e-mail notification saying the channel is live. There should at least be an option to disable Vodcast notifications.

Ratings I think as with all video uploading sites, Twitch could benefit from likes, dislikes or maybe the old five star rating system. Something to help see what people like and don't like.

The ability to add Clips of your channel, to a Collection you've made. I have a lot of funny clips of my channel made by viewers, It would be nice if I could add them to my Funny Moments collection, without having to manually make their clip into a highlight. I would like to give the person credit for making the clip.

Cinema mode fullscreen could you change, cinema mode so that it becomes fullscreen with chat instead on having top and bottom bar visible. It kind of ruins the whole cinema feeling.

start featured broadcasters muted on Pulse or any home page I get that these broadcasters are featured and lots of people are watching them, but if they are going to show up on the home page, the volume should be muted.
Or, leave it paused, or remove it.

Be able to combine clips into one video A feature that could be able to attach specific clips that are either originally clipped or edited all together. This feature would be great to express content on a larger level then just one video at a time. It would save a lot scrolling for more content for the viewer/follower. Also, with this, you could input a "starred" feature that brings a specific video or videos to the top of your feed. This will allow this best content to be seen instead of tucked away when more content is added.

YouTube Importing It would be nice for those people choosing to migrate exclusively to Twitch Uploads if they could import their videos from services like YouTube without having to reupload all of them or "start over" from scratch, especially for those with several hundred videos to bring over.

Include a Video Editor Sometimes we need to edit our videos before publishing it such as cut or add some scenes. But right now our only option is to upload after edited. An editor such as the one that YouTube uses will be great. We will be able to add background music, CC, subtitles, transition and things like that. And also community contribution of CC and subtitles too.

A Proper Dashboard Right now, the only ways of notifying your followers of an upload are through e-mail and channel feed. Not everyone wants to spam their followers e-mails (potentially causing them to drift away) and not everybody uses channel feed. There should be a proper dashboard that displays all the videos that have been recently uploaded from the broadcasters you follow, and only uploads. Currently, if you go to a channels videos, you have to specifically filter for "uploads," otherwise they're lost in the sea of 100's of VOD's and highlights.
