Comment, upvote, downvote, dislike, and like Clips. Under the clip, on the clip page, have an expandable Comments section where twitch users can provide comments on the clip and other users of twitch have the ability to comment, upvote, downvote, like, or dislike other comments made by other twitch users.
The clip creator and broadcaster should have the ability to pin a comment they each like, even if they both like the same comment.
The ability to delete comments should be left to the Broadcaster.

Mute stream when clipping What happens now:
When you press the clip button on desktop it opens a new tab and the auto from the stream tab and from the clip tab are playing.What I wish would happen:

Enable/Disable "Theatre Mode" accessible through JavaSctipt If there will be a method in global object, which can be executed through JS and it will enable (if disabled) or vice versa the Theatre Mode - it would be super nice. Users that complain for the "hard" hotkey will have the possibility to remap it via some global extension.
Sometimes I have a problem with this hotkey not working for some unknown reason, but with global method - this problem will not repeat as often.1 vote -
Bulk download clips Please give us the option to download more clips at the time. Either by selecting the clips or by a bulk download.

Multiple Monitor implementation for Twitch So there is already a request of Similar nature that got rejected. I believe it was because of the wording in their request. So I had this idea.
The TLDR of it is that there should be a setting that allows you to enable or disable watching a Stream on one or 2 Monitors. On one Monitor you watch the Game or Whatever is happening and on the other, you have the Facecam of the given Streamer. I believe this would make for a better watching experience overall. Keep Video Data on Twitch Keep Vod data on Twitch. Streamers set Vods to subscriber only because it is a nice benefit for them, but non subscribers can use simple websites that bypass subscription only vods as well as deleted ones and watch them. Which cuts down revenue for twitch as well as streamer.

Allow us to turn off stereo audio I'm autistic and the audio for some games that I really like watching can be extremely overstimulating due to the players moving the camera around so much, causing the audio to jump from ear to ear in my headset. Both for people like myself, and for people who are hard of hearing in one ear, it would be extremely helpful for there to be an easy way to turn off stereo audio, making it a mono output.

user customizable/customized twitch stream page My idea is to give the viewer the option to put many streams on the screen. so the viewer able to watch many streamers streams at once on one screen ... there already is a page that imight not be from twitch itself that does so it´s called "twitchtheater.tv" this is the link to the site: https://twitchtheater.tv/ ..... Stream Placeholder for Stream Issues Basically the idea is top allow the streamer to upload one long video or several short videos that would be used as a placeholder when the streamer is having connection issues. That way the awkward silence for when their connection falters and the lame "Stream Having Issues" could be replaced with actual content to keep viewers around while they wait for the issues to stop.
Additionally, I'd propose so:
Partners would get a few more long videos for "Stream Issues" placeholder, as well as considerably more short videos.Said videos must NOT be set as "Subscriber Only".

Webplayer aspect ratio - 21:9 and 32:9 It would be nice if the webplayer would adapt to streams other than 16: 9 aspect ratio. As I stream in a 21: 9 aspect ratio, I have black stripes that look bad and are unnecessary

TTS control on user end Allow the customer to ignore TTS from certain users or all TTS in a given channel. It takes away from the user experience to have to deal with TTS spam. I'd like to watch and listen to the game and creator, not the annoying TTS spam.

Improve 'Exclude Categories' Clip Functionality In the Settings > Stream section of the Creator Dashboard for Clip Settings, you're able to exclude categories for clips BUT it only takes effect when starting a new stream.
I am proposing that it is updated for whichever categories you configure to be excluded that clips be disabled in real-time when you switch to those categories. If you later switch to a non-excluded catgegory, clips get turned back on.

ADD: Ability to select multiple VODs to export to YouTube The ability to select multiple videos/highlights/VODS from the Video Producer and export them to YouTube all at once.

Bring back offline player volume control Seems that the volume control no longer appears on offline streams.
Please readd it
Some people will wait for a streamer to go live, but have the volume "remembered" from a different streamer they watched last night and suddenly get blown out speakers

Clips need to persist the Mature Flag settings from their origin stream When reviewing clips, the mature flag needs to persist so that content from streams that are configured as intended for Mature Audiences continue that flag appropriately into the Clip UI and APIs

Sorting in collections would be awesome if there was a sorting button in "Content" and "Collections"
