Give streamers the ability to run a pre-roll about me video. Similar to the new viewer chat window rules pop up; giving streamers the ability to have a new viewer about me pre-roll intro could be useful.
Lots of times viewers aren't reading the bio a streamer takes a lot of time to craft. Giving the option to run a short video could elevate repeat questions.

VOD Notification Streamers should be able to alert their followers that a new VOD is published on their channel.
I find it unfortunate that the visibility for a streamer is just when they start a live stream and not when they work for their channel after live.(sorry for my bad English)

mute Can you pls add a feature which allows to mute the streamers mic local ? Like I wanna see and hear the **** content but some ppl cant be quiet if its needed. would help alot cos in the end nobody cares about the streamer itself. thanks

Separate Audio For Gameplay & Streamer I want to watch multiple streamers and hear them without the gameplay sounds overlapping so that I have no idea what's happening in any of them. I just want to focus mainly on one, but still hear the other streamers talk.

multi I would like a way to watch multiple streams at the same time, kind of like multitwitch.

Mouseover To View The Clip On Chat While you are on a live chat, wouldn't it be cool to have a clip that's made only on Twitch be viewed as a mouseover or the clip could take around 5 to 6 rows of chat so it looks big enough? Just my opinion :)

Add ability to Mute a segment of my Stream after its done. I recently had a person on my stream, in live game say the N word. It would be nice to be able to mute that segment of Audio, instead of having to delete the entire video.
This kind of issue is disgusting and needs to be dealt with. I reported the person, but it will not have any real consequences.
Please consider putting a mute feature in the video editing section.

See Clips on stream If a clip link is posted in a chat and an user click on it, make the stream minimize to the right corner above the chat like when an add shows, this way the user can both see the clip (or close it) and watch the stream at the same time.

Esports replays When watching a replay of any Esport game, i.e LoL, you can take an educated guess of how many games have been played by the remaining time left. It would feel nice for a viewer to keep the excitement as if he/she was watching it live.
I suggest hiding the time remaining bar on replays.

When a raid happens at the end of a VOD, add the ability to jump the the raided stream's vod at the timestamp the raid occurred. Due to timezones, i mostly watch VODS. When a raid happens at the end of a vod, the vod is over. It'd be nice if i can still experience the raid by having the option to view the raided streamer's vod of that day, at the timestamp the raid occurred.
So i can effectively still watch someone's stream + raid, hours or days after it occurred.

Sorting in collections would be awesome if there was a sorting button in "Content" and "Collections"

The export bar does not work right now, so see if you can fix it, if that gets fixed could you look into the "Split videos into 15min segmen Yeah, fixing the export bar, and also fixing the 15min split.

Fix Chapter Select while paused It would be useful to be able to jump between chapters while paused because I export past broadcast vods to a secondary YouTube channel, and being able to see the timestamp of the chapter marker means I can create chapters on the exported video.
An alternative idea is to automatically include chapter info in the pre-generated description that fills when the description field is empty.
A hypothetical example:

Expand low-latency preferences to have to have "unless watching music" option It's known that the pitch-bending of the low latency mode sounds horrible when watching music, but is great for other kinds of streams to keep viewers as close to real-time as possible.
Instead of just "on" or "off", low latency mode could have 3 options: "always off", "always on", or "on unless watching a stream from the music category"
