Download VOD button
Allow Streamer to set who can download VODs (viewers, subs, mods) and add a button to download the VOD, also add the option to download the VOD's chat w/o it (it can be a .srt file so it can be used with any player).

I watch a few streamers, and I've started to try to make clips and edits for them. It would be a really nice addition if the streamer had a selectable option to allow subscribers to download VODs without having to have full Editor access. Editor provides a lot more power than really is required for having someone make clips/edits/highlights/etc but the only current options are give Editor or the person has to sort out some way to record the VOD which doesn't help quality for sure.

I would love this; as I like to listen to Clint Stevens vods well at work but it just eats away at my data since we dont have wifi where I work.

A lot of people are on limited data plans or don't have access to WiFi, but would still like to watch their favorite streams. Having an option to download VODs to view later would help users use a lot less data. An option to download the chat for those particular VODs would be great too.
