why am I getting pre-rolls while in my stream manger? I been getting ad's in my stream manger as if I am not a sub to my own channel I want to know why?

multiplayer ads is the worst idea twitch has had and they have had some bad ones Could you please just listen to the viewers? literally nobody wanted you to change or likes the change you did. Please just get rid of the multiplayer ad idea completely, it removes the purpose of gifting bits. It makes it less personal. The streamer cant thank you as an individual for gifting him bits and now i cant buy tts messages like i used to. #freethebits

SPAM OF ADS I'm usually ok with watching the ads, but these last weeks ive been spamed with a lot of continuos ads. In fact, i get 7/8 cotinuos ads wich makes not sense and not used to happen. I think it' sa problema with my account, can anyone check that?

They say capitalism is innovative.... This is awful. I want to receive bits that I can use for whoever I want. I don't want to watch an ad with a moshpit of people I don't know for only ONE streamer. As an individual consumer, I am allowed to watch multiple people, and should be allowed to award multiple people with bits. Why fix something when it isn't broken?

Ads NEED A Revamp Pre-Rolls Need To End: A huge majority of people aren't sitting through an unskippable 3-5 min ad to see someone they've never watched before. As a creator I would much rather be required to run 1-2 ads within a stream at a chosen time, than these pre-rolls scaring off new people. At having to run one, I can do it in a natural pause of a game so nobody misses a major moment.
Mid-Rolls: If you insist on this awful feature we can't control, they should not take up the entire screen unless clicked on. Pop them in the corner…

Echter Krieg ist nicht toll. Stoppt Werbung für die Bundeswehr Ich kann einfach nicht verstehen wie so eine tolle Seite wie Twitch Werbung für die Bundeswehr machen kann. In den Werbe Clips wird mit junden Menschen geworben die Spass haben bei der Bundeswehr. Das sie jedoch seit Jahren in Kritik steht wegen rechter Gesinnung ist hier dann nicht wichtig? Ebenfalls finde ich es nicht schön junge Menschen, die ja nun hauptsächlich Twitch benutzen zu motivieren zur Waffe zu greifen und evtl. zu Sterben. Mir ist die ein oder andere Werbung schon öfters übel aufgestoßen aber nun muß ich endlich mal Feedback geben.

Bit raffles It would be AWESOME if you could give streamers the ability to give Streamers the ability to roll a few ads, and at the end of the ads gift out varying size Bit gifts. It would be a great way for streamers to give back and also potentially receive a kick back from bits won. Viewers/followers and subscribers could have different gifts available based on the tier they are in, and I really think it could be a fun way to engage/reward and grow back some of the loss felt from the bits for ads program that ended.

Stream Display Ads adapting to layout When watching a stream on a vertical monitor, there exists a lot of black space, where Stream Display Ads can fit easily. However, when one appears, the stream itself shrinks even more, quite a ridiculous amount. I think the ad could adapt to the layout of the website, and act/shrink accordingly.

Reset player Can Twitch stop playing ads on using the Reset Player button? The importance of real time interactions between the streamer and their audience is such a crucial and defining factor of Twitch live streams. The Reset Player function is there to ensure that important interaction. Playing ads when using the Reset Player function is essentially negating/nulling the very purpose of the button.

No-Preroll for First Time Viewers After having read your new feature that allows streamers to disable Pre-Rolls by playing enough ads (30 seconds = 10 minutes), I think you've missed the mark slightly.
I DO think it's a good idea to disable the pre-roll for people discovering new content. As such, I believe a better implementation of the no preroll idea is the following:
- No pre-roll for users the FIRST time they join your stream BUT a forced 30 second 10 minutes into the stream if they stay.

Recieve AD revenue from VODs. I propose that Affiliates and Partners should receive AD revenue for VODs. If Twitch is putting ADs on VODs, it is only fair that the content creator receive a share of the AD revenue generated.

"Watch ad later" Option I think there should be a way to "watch ad later". Lets say you can "save" up to like three ads to watch in another time. Once the limit is reached, you are "forced" to watch them. This would be good because sometimes we get in a stream in key moments and/or ads come up during key moments of the stream. That way we can save the ads for a moment when nothing really is happening on the stream or the streamer is taking a break.

Maximum ad count per mid-roll customization There have been a number of times where I'm watching a specific streamer who has natural ad breaks within their stream (like a scheduled ad break you would see on TV) but the mid-roll randomization ad count sometimes goes over their 2-3 minute time allotment and I end up missing content.
If a streamer has natural ad breaks built in to their stream allow that streamer to control the maximum number of ads in a given mid-roll break and/or the ability to set a maximum time ads will play to avoid viewers missing content.

Remove Mandatory Starting Ads with Account Moderators that are also Subscribers. As a Moderator for a large channel, and a Subscriber to that channel, I am FORCED to watch Ads even when in Moderator View. While waiting for the ads, chat is not being moderated because of these ads. This completely removed Moderator powers from a channel. FIX ASAP Please!!!

Make it a choice to participate in the ad, and give individual users credit. Make it optional to even watch the multiplayer ad, and incentivize participating by awarding the viewers with the bits. This is not a great replacement for bit ads, all individuality is taken away, and this is just another thing to obscure or block the content I'm currently trying to watch, and being FORCED into, instead of CHOOSING to support by watching ads. In addition, if I'm subbed to a creator, ad breaks and ads when joining the stream do not play, so if I suddenly wind up being forced into ads so the streamer can give himself some bits by…

Selective ad punishment Give mods and streamer ability to give specific users an ad break.
Limit it only to three times before real ban.
Reasoning:
sometimes users will say dumb stuff in chat and/or something offensive instead of banning (which just causes user to make a new account or wait etc) make them watch an ad. Can be a minor punishment. And also can be a reward to spend channel points on. Give another user an ad break could be fun.However this will make channels toxic in some cases so maybe have it as a feature toggle that a streamer can enable…

use my mother tongue für advertisement It's kind of stupid to run ads in a language I don't understand or from a country I don't live in. I neither buy products abroad nor watch movies in a language I do not understand. Finally stop sending advertisements based on IP address when my language is on my profile.
