A Broadcast License for DMCA For Twitch! Hey Twitch i have a question for you. Since DMCA as taken advantage like others and including myself that uses Twitch Soundtrack. Should Twitch add a feature where broadcasters can sign up for music license to play that music on the stream. I think this great idea for Twitch! Thanks being platform throughout my two years streaming!

Will symbols listed as offensive be allowed when present in video games or placed into proper historical context in stream content? The new policy seems very unclear as to if certain symbols will be allowed on stream when present in video games or represented in the proper historical context in lectures, presentations, and display. As a student of history, I quite enjoy games that are set in historical time periods and go to great lengths to keep the setting accurate. However, games about the American Civil War, WWII, etc. will contain symbols such as the Confederate Battle Flag and the Nazi swastika. Make a real commitment to protect streamers acting in good faith Will you, right now in public, make a commitment to protect streamers who are acting in good faith who get hit with DMCA notices?
Look at Github and what they committed to within a very short time after youtube-dl was taken down earlier this year. They are protecting their creators rather than treating them like criminals. Can Twitch do the same?

Concerning DMCA Will the next steps to help creators with DMCA warning and take downs to be more proactive? So far, what I've seen, is that Twitch has been more reactive.
Is it a feasible solution for Twitch to be an intermediary for creators and the music industry to broker a solution that would allow creators to pay a fee for the use of copyrighted music. Mature Audience Only Is there a better way to filter or make sure that if I have my channel in Mature Audience only, that it is understood? Like can we have a little rating setting we can place or have it be better defined in the Topic/Category settings for streams? As well as if there is a way we can make sure it keeps the chat/audience of age?

Regarding the Hateful Conduct Policy, why is Twitch targetting the Streamers instead of the trolls who constantly harass us in every stream. I have reported over 600 fake troll accounts and yet STILL Twitch seem to refuse to do anything. NOW we find that if we complain or have a go at these trolls we can get banned ourselves ?

How does dmca affect outside IRL streamers as they often cannot control the audio of what plays in the background. Fair use? Are there any leniency or fair use protection against dmca for IRL streamers if music plays in the background. Can they counter claim the dmca? What are best practices for dealing with music in public.

In terms of streamers that identify as trans/nonbinary, what will Twitch do to accounts that purposefully continue mis-identification? There are some users that I have dealt with in the past that purposefully mis-identify trans/non-binary individuals and streamers. How will Twitch trust and safety board manage these users? Purposeful mis-identification is very hurtful, especially after being told the correct identity, and they outright are ignorant to it.

Many Rhythm Game communities including osu!, Beat Saber, Guitar Hero, and more are hit the hardest with DMCA. What is Twitch doing to help? The current response from Twitch hasn't given these communities many options to move forward. Even giving us with more information on which tracks are high risk would help significantly.
