18+ or adult only mode, so we can have mature language, violence, nudity, sex and sexual content A mode that is only accessible to verified adults where adults can stream adult content or watch it, adult games are still video games. Adults shouldn't be thrown under the bus just because they like that content and after that one woman got banned twice for having sex live on twitch and came back in short order after raking in obscene money in the process.
Now I don't have an issue with the act itself what two consenting adults do is up to them. Its mainly the wonky enforcement.
So instead of twitch being two faced about it just make…

Do not ask for private information When you ask that we provide our home address to fight a stupid miss match from your algorithm, you make your own content creators the bad guys. already guilty and ready to be served for litigation. You should bear the brunt of your own mismatching algorithm and not the creator.

Let us say what was the actual song on our stream. When you claim an artist that cannot be found anywhere claims part of our stream in minutes after upload it shows that your auto matching algorithms arent working. We can give you the name of the actual non copyrighted song that plays to improve your stupid algorithms. Your algorithms should be perfect at spoting non copyrighted material from existing non copyrighted sources for creators like NCS in spotify,

Review of copyright Well I haven't been streaming for very long, and I'm still new but from the looks of it, reviewing when you get a copyright infraction doesn't show the source but a fraction of where the stream was muted or censored. Either way music that I have used is paid for by subscription and are all copyright clear or aren't actually own by specific people. I would be completely fine taking down and changing the songs or whatever to something different if I knew what needed to be changed. The song that I thought needed to be changed is fine in…

Remove sexual content and re-classify what "sexual content" is according to Twitch's standards If we're going to remove gambling for being a bad influence to children then I think it's past time to change the rules for sexual content and how Twitch classifies "sexual content". Exposing children to content like this can corrupt their mind and make them view sex as something it's not, which in the long run can effect their future relationships.
Pretending that parents can constantly be there to watch every move a kid makes online isn't going to change the reality of the situation for most normal families who don't have time. As parents we rely on the staff…

2 Different Ban Options So I have seen streamers that would find this feature very handy.
Ban option 1 would be a chat ban the same thing as the ban option now.
Ban option 2 would be a total ban the user that is banned would not be able to access the stream or chat.
This 2nd "total ban" feature would be very useful in stream-sniping situations so the ****** would not be able to access the stream.

Age verification process to help regulate or segregate 18+ content At what point do you compare your own TOS and Conduct rules against what shows up on your main page of streamers? You let string bikinis, but some random thing gets reported by some troll and it's a ban. Then they wait months to get a human to respond as vague as possible because you don't want to be legally responsible for specificity. You created an 18+ option for a reason. Be consistent or let it go. You're tanking as a platform because of your inconsistency. Read the writing on the walls. Time to go back to basics, when your…

Ghost Channels Channels that are live 24 hours a day. While sitting on a menu screen, or character select screen.
These same channels maintaining hundreds of viewers staying in chat. Mostly for a reward from the game that is being broadcasted.
Why is this even allowed?

block whole channel!! block whole channels! i blocked a streamer that sucks as a person and i keep getting raided into their channel anyways - if you guys won't delete his stream for the multiple reports of bullying from multiple users, pleasssse at LEAST make an option to stop me from winding up on his channel. i know my view isn't counted on a raid, but i don't want it to even look like i might be watching

Can someone logically explain why we don’t celebrate white indigenous peoples day? How do we bring people together if there’s discrimination I and many others would like to know when you plan to celebrate indigenous white peoples day?
I’m also making you aware there’s Twitch streamer’s/partners out there with millions of views and subscribers that laugh and ridicule anyone who dares to ask a simple question yet gloat about the fact Twitch have acknowledged and celebrate Indigenous Latinos and every other community apart from the white community.
The racist Latino was so proud to let me know they worked in Silicon Valley and was able to influence this even more.
Surely this will only cause more division, not bring people together…

Gambling Helloo
an idea for the case of the gambling problem.Description:
There are many games who is the nearly the same mechanism included what it is in casino games (like FIFA and they’er prominent pack openings).
In my eyes are every game with in-game payment is a huge problem (especially for children with moms or dads credit card ;)).
Clearly, I don’t want that every game are banned from twitch.Solution: an authorization/ information wall who informs the user shortly about the risk who can accrue and gives a port to call for addicts and more informations about the topic…

Ban pack openings like in FIFA, lootboxes are just as bad as gambling. Please ban pack openings (e.g. in FIFA) - It's just as toxic and addicting as Slots which you restricted last week. It advertises gambling to a very young audience. There seem to be double standards.

More tools for Creators to prevent minors from watching their channel It's great that you have a "mature content" label as an option, but any kid can still simply click through that, they don't even need an account. Many creators that I watch simply don't want kids in their streams for various reasons.
Make it so that creators can also require a login for the video stream of their channel to show up. Maybe when you click into the full stream it gives you an alert that you need to login.
